TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION Description A fresh, crisp white wine of a pale golden colour. Aromas of Citrus fruits on the nose, some grapefruit flavours with hints of peaches and ripening fruits. A zingy, refreshing wine although the presence of the Semillon gives a fullness in the mouth. The return of the fresh fruity flavours give it a long, lingering finish.
