Introduction
Replacement of Work Permit is use when a company gets a work permit issued for a person who is
outside the country and there after decided to appoint another person instead of the previous.
Replacement of work permit allows company to replace work permit of the one person to another
person only if it is not used.

Click on Services on the left Menu.
Click on Tash'eel services and choose "Transactions".
Select Transaction

Choose "Work Permit" form submenu.
Choose "Work

Click on "Replacement of Work Permit".
Choose
"Replacement of
Work Permit"
o
Enter transaction number (IN Number) and press "Go". Transaction number will be available from
the form duly filled in UAE Smart forms.

On Clicking "Go" users can view details of the transaction.
Fields with (*) are mandatory and needs to be filled.
Information of old and new employee can be viewed.
Enter contact information of the person who should be contact in future for any reference.
Mobile number should start with 050,055,056 and should be 10 digits.

Scan and attach the following documents.

Applicants Passport Copies.
Signature card of the company, if required, Signature card button will be shown on the
screen.
Applicant's photo, if required, photo button will be shown on the screen.
Educational certificate, if required, education certificate button will be shown on the
screen and depending on the job role of the applicant, educational certificate needs to
be attached.

After scanning all the documents, click on "Save" to save the transaction. (Please note the save
button will not be active till all the necessary documents are scanned and attached).

Receipt

On clicking on save you will receive a receipt for the transaction.
Print the receipt and give to the customer as a receipt of submission.
Customers can view status of their application online by visiting www.emol.ae.
