of the receipt of your order. If there is a manufacturing defect in the die, we will replace it immediately at no charge. Warranty covers replacement of the die only that has a manufacturing defect. OWOSSO is not
liable for any other warranties, expressed or implied, or for damages which may be direct, incidental or consequential to use of the dies. Dies made from incomplete or miss-marked instructions do not qualify for nocharge warranty replacement.

9:40 am Better get to work—I’ll click on this PLACING AN ORDER (Step #2) at the left of the page.
9:41 am Filling out the ONLINE ORDERING REGISTRATION FORM (Step #3) for online ordering. Once I finish, it says here I’ll be able to send my order right from the website—immediately! Could that mean that I’ll get a promotion and raise because I am so clever? Hmm?
9:45 am Snap back into reality from daydreaming about raises, promotions and new cars. Whew! Okay, fill out the order form and attach my file (Step #4). I can even save this order form
as a template for the next time I order! OWOSSO sure makes ordering easy!
9:47 am Click Submit (Step #5) and I’m done! Whoa, I’m really done? Says here I don’t even have to send a fax now! Wow, that was fast considering the amount of daydreaming I did!
9:48 am Thinking about how next time I order, I can just hit Client Login at the top of the page (Step #6), sign in and submit my next order. Maybe I’ll do it now, just for fun!

I used your on-line ordering for a recent order. I must say that I was
surprised at the ease of use. My experiences with other websites
offering a step-by-step ordering system requiring technical specifications to be input have been pretty rough. Your website (after
reading through it once) was one of the easiest I have encountered.
There was a question regarding the difference between our stated
plate size and the actual image area, (I usually order a die with a
blank area around the image so we can do our own cutting and
trimming) but your guy called and quickly clarified that issue. Overall, I am impressed with your site. Straightforward and simple to use,
I wish everyone out there would follow the same concept when it
comes to on-line ordering.

In celebration of National Chili Day
(February 22nd), OWOSSO held it’s 1st Annual Chili Cookoff. Samplings included seven different
chilis with a variety of meats to savor from chicken to venison.
After much deliberation and several trips back to the sample
table, Ben Redmond was “crowned” our Champ. He
received the coveted title of Champ and also a
specially embroidered hat touting his
newly acquired fame.

The Phone Maze Game
We know how much everyone loves a phone maze! Yes, we’ve all been stuck in them, whether it is calling your
credit card company or your hair dresser; Press 1 for more options, Press 2 for an operator. Here at OWOSSO, a real live person answers all calls received between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm EST.
Sometimes, though, you call with a question and have to be passed around a few times to find the right person
with the right answer. We know how much you enjoy hearing the full length version of our on-hold tape, but we’d like
to help you out by giving you a handy little chart to help you navigate our customer service team.
First, let’s introduce the players:
Joe-Technical Support for imaging questions as well as problems with dies and their usage.
Janeen-Imaging Specialist. Prepares files so we can make your dies. Assist with electronic file issues.
