I must say that I was surprised at the ease of use. My experiences with other websites offering a step-by-step ordering system requiring technical specifications to be input have been pretty rough. Your website (after reading through it once) was one of the easiest I have encountered. There was a question regarding the difference between our stated plate size and the actual image area, (I usually order a die with a blank area around the image so we can do our own cutting and trimming) but your guy called and quickly clarified that issue. Overall, I am impressed with your site.
