Revise Your 2013 Ad If you ran an ad in the 2013 Indiana Festival Guide, the text of your ad can be revised for you at no cost. Instead of submitting new artwork, communicate your text changes to your Regional Account Executive. Display ad material checklist 1. Email acceptable formatted file to your Regional Account Executive. • Adobe InDesign (CS4 or higher), with all fonts and images packaged. • Adobe Illustrator EPS (CS4 or higher), convert text to outlines and include all images. - Remove all extra spot colors from ad. • Photoshop files, resolution must be 300 dpi minimum for grayscale or CMYK images. For 2-color ads, use spot channels or create a duotone. (Note: If creating the entire 2-color ad in Photoshop you must save the file as an .eps or a .psd. Savinag as a jpg will not preserve the 2 colors but will convert it to either CMYK or RGB.) - Duotone Tip: when creating a duotone image in Photoshop, adjust the curves of each of the two colors instead of using 100% of each which makes the images appear “muddy.” (See page 6 for Duotone sample) 2. Email completed insertion order. Display ad payments are due in full by January 7, 2014. A late fee of $100 will be assessed for payments post marked after January 7, 2014.
