Red Rocket’s cherry-red flowers are a show
stopper. No other variety matches the color!
New leaves and shoots are crimson which
quickly turn to a dark green. Fall color is redorange. More leaf spot resistant than
‘Dynamite’. Red Rocket grows and flowers best
when not pruned back in the winter. The habit
is upright vase with the width being about 65%
of the height. Maturity is near 18’. Zones
6b-9.
