2009 “The Rebel” Red Wine - $15
Worthy of aging, but when it tastes this good, drink and age! In typical
style, the Rebel is not an over the top fruit bomb. Red currants, anise,
blackberries, and earth, enhanced with soft, but sturdy tannins, create
a beautiful smooth finish that makes your palate long for more.
2010 “The Rebel” White Wine - $13

perceptible on the finish.
2010 Chardonnay - $15
Notes of ripe peach, spiced pear, apricots, honey, nectarines, and
many other flavors make this wine smell and taste like it’s much more
expensive than it really is. The Rebel can age for 1-3 years, but if it tastes
so good now, why wait?
Columbia Valley
The 2010 Chardonnay was made in 1 year old French oak barrels, so as not
to overpower the fruit in the wine. It contains aromas of melon, smoke,
caramel and butterscotch. On the palate, the wine exudes tropical fruit flavors
wrapped in spice, smoke and toasty oak notes.
2009 Cabernet Sauvignon “The Main Event” - $35
2010 Cabernet Sauvignon - $28
This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon, in the best ways Washington
has to offer. The essence of black berry pie, tobacco, pencil shavings,
black plum, and cherry is supple and seductive. Sweet cedar plays a
role throughout, adding attractive aromas and depth to the finish, yet
it remains balanced and can age extremely well. 5-8 years would have
this wine peaking!
2010 “Midnight” (or GMCC) - $25
The bright, vibrant, raspberry Grenache, the meaty, earthy, complex
Mourvedre, the elegant, earthy, strawberry filled Cinsault, & the
raspberry jam Counoise have made this blend a favorite since the 2008
vintage. Dedicated to the long harvest hours we work after midnight,
it will charm you with the supple flavors and the win you over with a
complex yet harmonious balance.

hand-picked at just the right time in early summer. Try this rich dark nutty liqueur
with desserts or as a digestif to a fine dinner.
Ebb + Flow Vodka - $20 is a single malt vodka
made from 100% Palouse Malted Barley that has notes of
vanilla and just a hint of natural sweetness. Unlike most
mass market vodkas that are just water added to neutral
grain spirits, we do mash, ferment and distill this one from scratch, grain to bottle.
Ebb + Flow Gin - $20 is amazing to sip, but is also crafted to bring out the
best in classic cocktails, with a rich balance of flavors: herbal, citrus and spice. Using
a blend of malted barley and a neutral base, this gin has depth that other gins lack. It’s
lovingly distilled with Juniper, Coriander, Cardamon, Orange Peel, Angelica Root
and Orris Root.
Sound Spirits Aquavit - $20 is a traditional Scandinavian spirit distilled
with caraway, dill, coriander, fennel and anise. It is light, spicy and balanced and is a
pleasure to sip neat in the traditional chilled fashion or in a cocktail. Skol!
Sound Spirits Old Tom Gin - $22 is more floral and has less juniper
than our Ebb+Flow Gin. It’s aged on oak for month which gives it a wonderful balance
and a slightly spicy finish.
Sound Spirits Herbal Liqueur - $22 has an original recipe that
appears in an old French distilling manual. This unique liqueur was first made by
Trappist monks (yes, they do make more than just beer to this day). The complexity
starts up-front with spearmint, cardamom and angelica, then hints of lemongrass and
wormwood appear followed by notes of clove, mace and myrrh.
