Baltimore Pops Holiday Spectacular
Wednesday, December 10
We embarked on Charm City 2 years ago for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and we’ve been
dying to go back ever since. We’ve improved upon some things and think you will love this trip!
We depart Mohler Center at 9:00 AM and will arrive in Baltimore’s Inner Harbour with some free
time planned at The Gallery Mall to browse their interesting and eclectic stores. We will enjoy
lunch at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. Then we head to the Holiday Spectacular with the
internationally recognized Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Experience this sparkling holiday
celebration with full chorus, orchestra, guest vocalists and of course the high kicking tap dancing
Santas. We will return to Hershey at approximately 7:00 PM. Cost for this trip is $130 which
includes motor coach transportation, lunch at Bubba Gump, and show tickets. Reservations
are required by October 20.

Philly Firsts
Tuesday, October 7
A day not to be missed! So many things make Philadelphia a great city to visit. Our first
stop is to The Eastern State Penitentiary, which closed in 1971. The ESP was considered
the most famous and expensive prison in the world. Today it is a haunting world of
crumbling cell blocks and empty guard towers. It’s vaulted, sky-lit cells once held many
of America’s notorious criminals including Al Capone and “Slick Willie” Sutton. From
there, we head to Reading Terminal Market for lunch and shopping on your own. This
fresh, local market features many choices to satisfy every pallet including Cajun Cafe,
Philly Cheesesteaks, Diners, Pennsylvania Dutch Specialties, Thai, Mediterranean, Irish,
BBQ, and so much more. From there we head to The Pennsylvania Hospital, America’s
first private health care institute. A highlight of our walking tour will be a visit to the
amphitheater, often referred to as the “dreaded circular room” where operations took
place. We finish our day with a guided driving tour of a few more Philly Firsts including
first bank robbery, first hot air balloon ride, and first kidnapping for ransom. We depart
the Mohler Center at 7:00 AM and return home at approximately 6:30 PM. Cost for this
day trip is $90 and reservations are required by September 1.
Aladdin and Carmine’s in NYC
Registration extended!
Wednesday, November 5
We Love NY. So we are heading back. This time, to visit the “world famous” Carmine’s
for a grand luncheon and then off for orchestra seats to Broadway’s new musical fantasy,
Aladdin at The New Amsterdam Theatre. With tony-award winning director, choreographer, and composer, this timeless story with extravagant sets, costumes, and a host of
memorable characters and songs. We depart Mohler Center at 7:00 AM with a fast food
stop en route. We will return to Hershey at approximately 9:00 PM. Cost for this trip is
$210 and reservations are required by September 15.
