Classes created by Fitness First like H.I.T., Athletic Fitness, CapoeiraFit and H.I.C. are very popular.
During the BoxCamp every participant can blow off some steam on the punching bag and have a
real good work out. Some other highlights are the Wake Up Classes at the beach and the legendary Miles Contest – who can earn the most Fitness Miles and wins an event participation.
