Personal Training:
Is about achieving your best - whether your aim is
to run a Marathon, run for a bus or simply tone up,
feel better or lose weight. You will get the benefits
of Personal Training, even with a small number of
monthly sessions. Give it a try...today.
Fees must be paid or vouchers (available from Reception)
handed in prior to start of a session.
Cancellations must be made by 21.00 the previous night.
Failure to do this will result in a charge.
Minimum age is 14 years.
Prices correct until early September 2015
If you need to cancel an appointment please
telephone 07839 196385. Late cancellations
(after 9pm the night before) will incur a £10 fee.
