discounted memberships for up to a year after
your start date.

Why exercise?:
Exercise is one of the most important steps you
can take to improve your physical and mental
health, to aid recovery from illness or surgery
and is now available with a Life Fit referral from
your Doctor or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Sessions are held in the fitness studio or in
the gym and are supervised by two specialist
trained instructors who are on hand to monitor
your progress and to keep a look out for any
problems or worries you may have.
With their help you will soon be keeping track
of your own progress and improve your level of
fitness. You will feel better, and able to manage
your daily life with more ease and confidence.
Many of our participants find the social aspect
of the course of great benefit, and continue
to exercise with the special memberships that
Beau Sejour offers.
What is Life Fit?:
Life Fit is a 10 week programme of exercise held
at Beau Sejour Leisure Centre.
By attending two sessions a week (a total of 20
sessions) your levels of fitness, strength, balance
and mobility will improve immensely.
When are Life Fit sessions held?:
Monday & Thursday, Tuesday & Friday
mornings.
Start date by arrangement.
How much will it cost?:
There is a charge of £5.00 for each session
which includes one free swim a week.
There is a concessionary fee if you take
OAP, Choice or Freedom membership.
The cost of a class would be higher, however Life Fit
classes are subsidised by the Culture and Leisure
Department.
