Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reboot my set top box?
To reboot the set top box, hit the reset button on the front of the
set top box. If the set top box does not have a reset button unplug
the power supply. The set top box will go through a reboot series
that will take approximately 3-5 minutes.
Channel(s) are not working, what do I do?
Try changing the channel to another channel, then turn back to
the channel that was experiencing issues. Check your other set
top boxes to see if there are problems with the channel on the
other set top boxes in your home. If the problem is occuring on
all of your set top boxes, please contact Repair by calling 973-4000.
If the issue is only occuring on one set top box, reboot your set
top box. If rebooting the set top box does not correct the issue
please call Repair at 973-4000.
What if I see a blue or snowy screen?
Be sure that your set top box is powered on. Check the input on
your TV to make sure it is set on the correct input for your set
top box. To change the input you may need to use your TV
remote and push the input button until you return to the correct
input for the set top box. If your remote does not have an input
button look for a Source, AV or TV/Video button.
What do I do if my remote control is not working?
Check to make sure there isn’t anything between the remote and
the remote sensor on your TV. Make sure you are in the STB mode
of the remote, to do this press the STB button in the top right
of the remote control. Check that the remote sensor lights up
when pressing a button. If it doesn’ t you may need to
replace the batteries.
My set top box isn’t responding, what do I do?
The colored LED light on the set top box should flash each time
a remote button is pressed. If this happens but nothing changes
on the TV, reboot your set top box. If this does not correct
the trouble please call Repair at 973-4000.

You can record one channel and watch another at the same time.
If you cannot record one channel and watch another, please

How much content will my DVR store?
The DVR will store approximately 75-100 hours of content
depending on the type of programming being recorded. This is
strictly an estimate and not a guarantee of available hours to
record your selections.
