Dear Potential Sponsor,
The Women’s Cycling Association of Arizona (WoCAA) is dedicated to improving the
quality and experience of women’s cycling in Arizona. We are working to develop women’s
cycling across disciplines, ages, and ability levels. WoCAA understands that a strong
community of women cyclists can encourage cycling at many levels from the hardcore racer to
the beginner to a dedicated bike commuter. Through community, we can encourage and improve
cycling opportunities for women from all walks of life.
We invite you to join us in developing women’s cycling in Arizona. 2013 is our first
year, but we have already worked hard to provide the AZ Women’s Race Series, as well as a
number of great clinics and events. As we grow and expand this year and beyond, we will use
research and outreach to improve the work that we do and the opportunities we provide. This is
a learning experience for us all, and we are developing a strong core of interested female cyclists
to be the voice of WoCAA and women’s cycling across the state. With sponsorship support, we
can greatly expand our outreach, as well as provide stronger incentives for participation in our
events.
In return for your support, we will professional represent you and your product or
company at all WoCAA events. We understand that our sponsors are essential to our success, so
we are happy to develop fun and exciting ways to spread the word about our supporters. But
fundamentally, we greatly appreciate the importance of giving back to those who give to us.
