Thursday – May 23 Late afternoon arrival begins

11:00 a.m. Cattle must be on the grounds
RULES: All families must be a 2013 paid member ($50)
of the Heartland Limousin Association. This show will follow the National Junior Show rules as printed on the www.
nalf.org website. All cattle must be registered in the Juniors
name and have valid Iowa health papers at check-in.
*Because school is in session for some states, cattle that have been entered may
arrive later in the afternoon or early evening (need to call Dean at 612/963-3799 for
permission).
12:00 noon Check-in begins. A hospitality area will be provided.
2:00 p.m. (or as soon as check-in is over)
Junior Meeting followed by mixers & games
6:00 p.m. Dinner for juniors, their families, sponsored by the Iowa Limousin Association

10:00 a.m. NEW Heartland Regional Show order
ENTRY FEES: Entry fees are $25 per head plus $10
bedding fee per head = $35 head by May 15 postmark (includes a show shirt) Wood chips will be in place in the barn,
tie out. No straw. Late entry fee is $50 at check-in. All
stalls must be cleaned before leaving
to receive your premium check. Other breeds
will follow this show.
During the 2012 Fall Junior Board Meeting it was decided to provide a standard
show order for all of the Junior Limousin Regional Shows. It is the board¹s hope that
the change will make things run smoothly, efficiently, and fairly.
Hotel Headquarters: The headquarters hotel for the
HLA Regional is the Apple Tree Inn, Indianola, IA. We
have reserved 20 rooms with double beds for $63 and five
king bed rooms for $68. Rooms must be reserved by May
15 to get this rate. For reservations, call 515/961-0551 and ask
