RECIPES TO MAKE & SHARE!
MASHED POTATOES
(with love from Jeff Nolan’s 91 year old
mother in New Orleans!)
INGREDIENTS:
1 Family size pkg Orida Roasted Garlic
Mashed Potatoes
Pepper
5 cups water
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil water in microwavable bowl.
2. Add 1/2 stick butter to the boiled water.
3. Stir in package of potatoes.
4. Stir, stir, stir.
5. Add pepper to taste.
6. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk.
7. Stir and enjoy!
BACON-BROCCOLI-CHEESE BUBBLE UP
INGREDIENTS:
1 can Grands! flaky layers refrigerated biscuits
12 oz bag frozen broccoli & cheese sauce
8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray 13x9 inch casserole dish with baking spray.
2. Separate 1 can biscuits into 8 biscuits; cut each
into 8 wedges. Arrange biscuit wedges evenly in
bottom of baking dish.
3. Microwave 1 bag frozen broccoli and cheese as
directed on bag. Place cooked broccoli & cheese
sauce in medium bowl.
4. Add bacon, toss to combine.
5. Spread mixture over biscuit wedges in baking dish.
6. Bake 25 to 30 mins. Serve immediately.
CORN CHOWDER
(More love from Jeff Nolan’s mom)
INGREDIENTS:
1 large white onion
1 stick of butter
2 cans Campbells cream of potato soup
2– 15.5 oz cans cream of corn
21 oz half and half
Lowry’s season salt
Pepper
1/2 cup cooked chicken, shrimp or ham
DIRECTIONS:
1. Finely chop 1 large onion.
2. Saute onion in stick of butter.
3. In a pot combine potato soup, 2 potato
soup cans full of half and half, cream of
corn, and sautéed onions and butter.
4. Heat to taste on medium heat.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Add chicken, ham or shrimp if desired.
CHICKEN & VEGGIE BISCUIT BAKE
INGREDIENTS:
2 Grands! Frozen buttermilk biscuits
1 cup Alfredo pasta sauce
7 oz box frozen broccoli, carrots & pepper strips in olive
oil seasoning
1 5 oz can chunk white chicken breast in water, drained
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 375. Spray casserole with cooking
spray.
2. Place biscuits on microwavable plate. Microwave for
45 seconds. Cut into squares.
3. In saucepan, heat pasta sauce, veggies and chicken
to boiling over on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
4. Spoon into casserole. Top with biscuit pieces.
5. Sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake 40 mins. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

CROCKPOT SHREDDED MEXICAN CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
28 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 oz taco seasoning mix
24 oz salsa
DIRECTIONS:
1. In crockpot, toss chicken with half of the
taco seasoning mix to coat evenly.
2. Top chicken salsa. Stir until well combined.
Cover, cook on low heat setting 4 hours.
3. Remove chicken from crockpot to bowl.
Shred chicken with 2 forks. Return
shredded chicken to crockpot along with
remaining taco seasoning mix. Cover; cook
on low for 30 minutes.
4. Serve warm.
CHICKEN & BROCCOLI BUBBLE UP BAKE
INGREDIENTS:
1 can Grands! Flaky layers refrigerated biscuits
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch
pieces
10 oz box frozen broccoli and cheese sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Spread biscuit pieces
evenly in baking dish.
3. In 8 inch nonstick skillet, cook chicken over medium
high heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Microwave frozen broccoli and cheese as directed
on box. Place cooked broccoli with cheese sauce in
large bowl.
5. Add cooked chicken, stir to combine.
6. Pour mixture evenly over biscuit pieces in dish.
7. Bake 25 to 30 mins. Serve immediately.
CROCKPOT CREAMY ITALIAN CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
15 oz alfredo pasta sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
1. Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken breast
in slow cooker.
2. In small bowl, stir Alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning
until well mixed.
3. Cover; cook on low heat 4 –5 hours.
CROCKPOT CHICKEN PARMESAN
WITH PENNE PASTA
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 25.5 oz jar tomato basil pasta sauce
8 oz uncooked penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Italian style panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Spray crockpot with cooking spray, place
chicken breasts in crockpot. Pour pasta
sauce over chicken. Cover; cook on low
heat for 4 hours.
2. Before serving, cook and drain pasta as
directed on package.
3. Meanwhile, in 8 inch skillet, heat oil over
medium high heat; add bread crumbs.
Cook 2 to 3 mins, stirring constantly.
Remove from skillet, set aside.
4. To serve, top pasta with chicken breast,
pasta sauce, bread crumbs and cheese.
