Supplies Needed
One skein of Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride Bulky
yarn, Size #9 and #11 circular 16” needles, crochet hook, Needle Marker, and scissors.

Cast on 60 stitches with Size 9 Circular 16”
Needles.

Place a marker to indicate the beginning of your
row. Knit 2, Purl 2 for four rows.

Switch to #11 Circular 16” Needles and Knit 3
rows.

Purl 3-4 rows depending how wide you want the
band to be. Also, it is here that you can add
decorative yarn to your rows to enhance the loft
and texture of your band.

Knit 3 rows.

Switch to #9 Circular Needles and Knit2, Purl 2
for four rows.

Bind off by Knitting 2 stitches, use your left
needle point to move the first stitch over the
second stitch. Repeat in pattern (K2,P2) until
you have bound off all the stitches.

Cut the yarn leaving a 6” tail. Use a crochet
hook to pull the yarn through the last stitch.
Weave in loose end or use to attach a decorative
flower on the band.
