Quick-Start Breakfast
Daily 6:30 – 9:30am (10:00am on weekends)
Your complimentary Quick-Start breakfast is served in the Lobby on the main floor. Options include our
Belgian waffle maker, sausages, and a variety of muffins, danishes, bagels, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, juices, and
milk. In addition, guests may enjoy our fair-trade coffee everyday from 6:30am-10:30pm.
Airport Shuttle
An airport shuttle is available to/from the Lexington Bluegrass Airport (LEX), the Louisville International
Airport (SDF), the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG), and the Lexington Greyhound bus terminal.
Reasonable charges do apply. We require 48 hours notice in order to guarantee a shuttle for your arrival or
departure. We will make every attempt to accommodate shuttle requests between 24 and 48 hours, but do not
guarantee it. If we are able to find a driver within this time frame, an additional fee will apply. Shuttle
requests with less than 24 hours notice cannot be accommodated.

Additional Amenities
Cribs/Pack-n-Plays: Available upon request and free to guests (subject to availability).
Ice Machine: Located on the main floor off of the guest room hallway.
Luggage Carts: Located beside the ice machine on the main floor.
Newspaper: Several copies of the Lexington Herald-Leader are available every morning in the front lobby and the
Asbury Inn Commons. Please leave the newspapers in the lobby so that others may read them.
Rollaway Beds: $5.00 per night (Call the front desk to check for availability).
Sharps Containers: For the safety of our staff, we will provide you with a container for used needles.
Toiletries: Complimentary toothpaste/toothbrush and razors are available at the front desk.
Umbrellas: We have a limited supply of umbrellas at the front desk for our guests to borrow on rainy days .
Snack & Soda Machines: Located on the first (bottom) floor by the Business Center.
Wireless Internet: For guests staying at the Inn, the signal name is AsburyInn. For guests staying at the Asbury Inn
Annex or the Townhouses, the signal name is ATSWifi. A password (which changes weekly) is required to access
the wireless network, and is available at the front desk.
Asbury Inn Commons
Overnight guests may reserve the Asbury Inn Commons free of charge for groups of 10 or more. Please contact the
front desk for more details.
Business Services
Asbury Inn Business Center: Accessible with your room key, the Business Center is located on the first (bottom)
floor and is available to our overnight guests. The room is equipped with a conference table and chairs, cable
television, two internet-accessible computers with Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, and a laser printer. Ten
print-outs/copies per stay are free, additional print-outs/copies are $.10 each and may be paid for at the front desk.
Copier: Bring your originals to the front desk and a member of our hospitality team will be happy to assist you. Ten
copies/print-outs per stay are free; additional copies/print-outs are $.10 each.
Faxes: To send or receive faxes, please visit the front desk. Receiving faxes as well as toll-free and local outgoing
faxes are free to guests. Fees for long distance (domestic only) faxes are: first page $1.50; each additional page
$0.25.
Packages: All packages and mail are delivered to the Seminary Post Office. USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages may
be sent to guests c/o Asbury Inn, 204 N. Lexington Ave, Wilmore, KY 40390. If you are expecting a package, please
help us be prepared by communicating package details with the front desk. If and when we receive your package, we
will activate the message light on the phone in your room.
U.S. Mail: You may purchase first-class stamps and mail letters at the Asbury Inn front desk.
Seminary Gymnasium & Asbury College Luce Center
Guests of Asbury Inn may use the Seminary’s gym, racquetball courts, weight machines, and exercise equipment free
of charge. Before using seminary facilities, you will need to stop by the Student Services front desk (located in the
Student Center) and complete a waiver form.
Luce Center: For a fee of $5 per day or $20 per week, Asbury Inn guests may also use Asbury College’s Luce
Center (indoor pool, weight room, basketball/racquetball courts). Pick-up a guest card at the front desk and simply
take it with you to the Luce Center. We recommend calling (858-3511 x2478) ahead to check for daily availability.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping service is available daily until 1:00 p.m.
Housekeeping stay-over service includes clean towels (if
requested), trash removal, & as needed vacuuming. Beds will be
made if all personal items are removed from them. To help
conserve natural resources, sheets are changed every third day of
your stay. If you have additional housekeeping needs, please
contact the front desk.
For privacy, please put the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign on your
doorknob. Because our housekeepers maintain a busy schedule,
please remove your DND sign before 11:00 a.m. if you desire
stay-over service.

Laundry Facilities
We do not have a washer or dryer available to our guests. Laundry
facilities are available in Wilmore (next to Dollar General &
Fitch’s IGA) and are open daily until 10 PM.
Wake-up Calls
The front desk is not able to provide wake-up calls. However,
each room is equipped with a SONY® alarm clock radio for your
convenience. If you have questions as to how to set your alarm,
please contact the front desk for assistance.
Key Card(s)
In addition to opening your room, your keycard will also open the
rear entrance as well as the Business Center.
Please keep your key card(s) away from cell phones, as your key
card(s) may become demagnetized. If this should occur, please
simply return your non-working key card(s) to the front desk so
that we may re-encode them for you.
About Asbury Inn
Built in conjunction with a generous gift from Mr. Ralph Waldo
Beeson, The Rosa Foster Beeson Manor (named for his mother)
was dedicated in May of 1990 with the charge of serving as
Asbury Seminary’s campus guest house.
In November of 2006 it was renamed The Rosa Foster Asbury Inn
(staying true to the donor’s original wishes) with the charge of
serving not only Asbury Seminary, but also the community at
large as a full-service, profitable hotel. Since that time, Asbury
Inn has become a AAA approved hotel and added bedding and
amenities found in hotels across the country.

From groups of 5 to 500, Asbury is the perfect setting for your retreat, training
seminar, board or dinner meeting. Gather your team for a retreat in one of our
intimate chapels, schedule your training seminar in one of classrooms, or host
your board meeting in our conference center. For larger events, utilize
McKenna Chapel with seating for 350, Estes Chapel with seating for 660, or
our Gymnasium, with seating for 1000. After your meeting, schedule a formal dinner
in our newly renovated dining room. Along
with our meeting space, overnight guests will enjoy the hospitality at
