The „SIGW“ is collaborated with „GuitarShanghai“ The first idea of „GuitarShanghai“ was a blog. As Julia started to establish this website, she felt a little bit lost in Shanghai. So she decided to search for musicians and colleagues using the internet writing her blog. And it was surprisingly successful. After writing this blog for a while a lot of people started to make contact with her and many people want to know details about the clssical guitar scene in Shanghai. They are asking for performance possiblities, shops and some people are just looking for a good guitar teacher. Now „GuitarShanghai“ is crowing and is like a communication center for the guitar players – mostly the foreign guitar players – who are looking for connections in Shanghai. As she can work together with everybody, who has to do with classical guitar in Shanghai, Julia would like to call her blog an accociation. It will become an organisation. Everybody, who wants to make some announcement about classical guitar in Shanghai – like concert, workshop, masterclasses or just selling a guitar, can use „GuitarShanghai“ to do that.
