How to apply for scholarship
1.
Scholarship application for DLP Courses are accepted only ONLINE through
dlp.allen.ac.in
2.
Take print of completely lled scholarship application form and send it to
our corporate office (KOTA) along with supportive documents.
3.
After successful veri cation of documents, ALLEN will credit scholarship
amount directly in the mentioned account.
Note :
1.
Scholarship is calculated on Tuition Fee only (Excluding Service Tax) .
2.
Students can avail scholarship in any one of the eligibility criteria.
3.
Scholarships are not available to candidate taken admission after
31/12/2014.
4.
Last date to apply for scholarship in DLP courses is 31/12/2014. Student
who have taken admission till this date are eligible for scholarship subject to
apply online on or before this date.
5.
Disbursement of scholarship amount through NEFT will be done on
15/10/2014 or within 1 month of applying, whichever is later.

How to Apply
There are Two Methods to Apply for Distance Learning Programmes
First Method : Through ONLINE Application
Apply ONLINE through our website dlp.allen.ac.in , pay your course fee through any of the following mode :
a) Online Payment Mode
Course fee can be paid through our secure payment gateway using your Visa Card (Credit Card / Debit Card) or Master Card (Credit
Card Only) or Net Banking of any bank.
To complete the admission process after making Online Payment, take a printout of Application Form from “control panel” of
website and send it through Post / Courier at the specified address.
b) DD Mode
Course Fee can be paid through Demand Draft / Pay-Order in the favor of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE, KOTA" from Nationalized
Bank, payable at Kota (Raj.).
To complete the admission process, take a print of Application Form from “control panel” of website and send it along with
Demand Draft / Pay-Order of requisite amount through Post / Courier at the specified address. Student must write his/her
Application Form No., Name, Mobile No., on the back side of Demand Draft .
c)
Cash Deposit in Axis Bank / Central Bank of India / HDFC Bank
Course Fee can be paid through cash at any branch of Axis Bank / Central Bank of India / HDFC Bank after applying through our
website. For using this facility generate Bank Fee Challan through the link given on our website and deposit the requisite course
fee at your nearest Axis Bank / CBI Branch through this challan.
To complete the admission process, take a print of Application Form from “control panel” of website and send it along with
photocopy of student copy of Fee Challan at the specified address.
Please note if the Application Form is not received by our office within 15days of Application, the admission process will not be
completed and the services may be suspended till it is received.
Second Method : Through OMR Application Form
Collect OMR Application Form for DLP from our office on cash payment of Rs. 200/-. Filled application form can be deposited inperson at our office or can be sent in self addressed envelope through registered post / courier at our corporate office.
a) DD Mode
1.
Enclose Demand Draft of Total Fee Amount along with OMR Application Form.
2.
Student must write his/her Application Form No., Name, Mobile No., on the back side of Demand Draft.
3.
Demand Draft must be in the favor of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE, KOTA" from Nationalized Bank, payable at Kota (Raj.)
b) Online Payment Mode

About Test Series
a)
Answer key will be given immediately after completion of test.
b)
All India Rank wise Result with detailed marks and scientific analysis will be available on our website http://dsat.allen.ac.in
c)
Student not present in test will be marked absent; however they can collect Test Papers at the time of next scheduled test. No marks will be
awarded to absent students.
d)
In case of cancellation of test under unforeseen circumstances, student will be marked absent; however they can collect Test Papers on next
scheduled test.
e)
Student enrolled in between the session, will also get all the previous Test papers of current session from opted test center.
f)
In case we don't have a Test Center in your city, you can enroll for TEST SERIES by mentioning Test Center as POSTAL to get Test Papers at your
home. ALLEN will deliver Test Papers & Solutions at home by post which has to be self evaluated by the student himself. It is purely an option to receive
question paper at home.
How To Appear in Test Series
1. To appear in Test , student must have their Identity Card along with any Govt. / School ID Proof (Compulsory ).
2. Identity Card for the Test Series Students, can be downloaded and printed from our website.
3. Download link for Identity card will be activated only after completing the admission procedure.
How to Request for Test Center Change
Login to your “Control Panel” on dlp.allen.ac.in Click on Change Test Center, Information Regarding your current Test Center will be displayed.
Now once you select new required Test Center from the list, you will be taken to payment options. Here you can make Online Payment or opt to
pay through Demand Draft.
Pay Online: Once you make successful payment of Test Center Change Fee through Online Mode, you have to directly appear at desired Test
Center in next test. We will send you Con rmation of Test Center Change Request through SMS.
Pay by DD: In case you choose to pay through Demand Draft, ll and download Test Center Change Application Form from “control panel” and
along with DD of test center change fee amount Rs. 300/-send it to the mentioned address by post/courier or you can also hand it over to the
ALLEN Representative at your existing Test Center. (Take acknowledgement slip from ALLEN Representative).
About Study Material
a)
All the study material will be dispatched by Post / Courier at address mentioned by the student in Application Form.
b)
ALLEN shall not be held responsible for any delay by the Postal department or by courier agency.
c)
Dispatch of first set of study material will start from May 2014 or after 10 days of enrollment, whichever is later.
d)
Student enrolled in between the session, will also get all the sets of Study Material previously dispatched, remaining Study Material will be
dispatched as per prescribed schedule.
How to request for Address Change for Study Material & Joint Package
Login to your “Control Panel” on dlp.allen.ac.in Click on Change Postal Address, Information Regarding your current Postal Address will be
displayed. Here once you provide and con rm desired postal address in the given elds, you will be taken to payment options. Here you can
make Online Payment or opt to pay through Demand Draft.
Pay Online: Once you make successful payment of postal address change Fee through Online Mode, your subsequent study material packets
will be delivered to new address. We will send you con rmation of Postal Address Change Request through SMS.
Pay by DD: In case you choose to pay through Demand Draft, ll and download Postal Address Change Application Form from “control panel”
and along with DD of postal address change fee amount Rs. 300/-send it to the mentioned address by post/courier.
Important :
a)
Refund of Fee is not applicable for Distance Learning Programmes in any case.
b)
If any student of Test Series course willing to take admission in Study Material Course after depositing the fee, student has to make the payment
of Total Fee of Study Material Course.
c)
NOTE (Only for Joint Package Students) : Test Sequence may not coincide with the sequence of topic in which Study Material is delivered,
however best efforts are done to deliver the study material prior to the test day for any particular topic.
d)
In order to get timely counselling support and uninterrupted DLP services, it is compulsory for all the enrolled students to submit roll numbers
of various competitive examinations (in the prescribed format), as soon as admit card /roll no is received.
e)
