Volume 1, Issue 1 It’s All in a Name!! What’s in a name? We think EVERYTHING! We believe that our apartment community has the potential to become one of the most desired places to live in Monroeville. That’s why with the NEW year, and the NEW management, we thought it was a great time to have a NEW name for our building. We want to separate ourselves so that our reputation can stand out and speak for itself, without being confused with any other property in the area. Page 2 What will the new logo look like? We’re having a GRAND REVEALING PARTY on 2/19/13 from 5-7 PM to share the new logo! Please leave a detailed message with your name, unit number, and a description of your maintenance request. This is also the number you will call during normal business hours with a maintenance request. You can also submit a work order online from our tenant portal (See Page 2). It is vital for you to report any and all maintenance issues so they can be handled ASAP. Don’t let things wait! We can only fix something if we know about it. WE ARE NOW SIGNING FOR PACKAGES IN THE OFFICE ON TENANTS BEHALF Packages that require signature will be kept LOCKED in the office and can be picked up during business hours. (Packages that don’t require a signature will still be kept outside the office on the table, monitored by security cameras). You will receive a sticker from the company saying it has been left in the office. IF YOU PREFER FOR US NOT TO SIGN FOR PACKAGES ON YOUR BEHALF—PLEASE ALERT THE OFFICE, OTHREWISE WE ASSUME YOU ACCEPT THIS SERVICE. 1. Go to www.RidgeviewTowersMonroeville.com Click the “Tenant Portal” Button at the top right corner of the page next to the Facebook and Twitter buttons. (While you’re at it—”Like” us on Facebook and Follow us on Twitter for awesome news and updates!) 2. A new page or tab will open in your web browser. Click the BOTTOM orange button that says “Sign Up” 3. Type in all of your information. Next, you’ll receive an email with your login/password information within one business day. After you receive the email, repeat steps 1 and 2, and this time click on SIGN IN and use your new log in information from your email. You can now begin the process of entering your bank account information to pay your rent online. You can also submit maintenance requests online from your tenant portal! Still confused? Don’t have a computer/internet? Stop in to the office and Tara can set up E-payments with your Banking information!
