How do I start paying my rent online?
Volume 1, Issue 1
It’s All in a Name!!
What’s in a name? We think
EVERYTHING! We believe that
our apartment community has
the potential to become one of
the most desired places to live
in Monroeville. That’s why with
the NEW year, and the NEW
management, we thought it
was a great time to have a
NEW name for our building.
We want to separate ourselves
so that our reputation can
stand out and speak for itself,
without being confused with
any other property in the area.
Page 2
What will the new logo look
like? We’re having a GRAND
REVEALING PARTY on
2/19/13 from 5-7 PM to
share the new logo!
Please leave a detailed
message with your name, unit
number, and a description of
your maintenance request.
This is also the number you will
call during normal business
hours with a maintenance
request. You can also submit a
work order online from our
tenant portal (See Page 2).
It is vital for you to report any
and all maintenance issues so
they can be handled ASAP.
Don’t let things wait! We can
only fix something if we know
about it.
