DIRECTIONS
From South Molton proceed down South Street
and follow the B3226 until it meets the A377, at
which point turn left towards Exeter. Follow this
road and just as you enter Eggesford you will see
the entrance to the Fox and Hounds Hotel on the
right and the drive to Watermill Lodge is
immediately before this entrance.
