Description
Cherry Meadow was built in 1988 and is constructed of cavity walls, rendered and
colour washed on a brick plinth, under an interlocking tiled roof. Extended
approximately 4 years ago, the property has been very well maintained by the
current owners and offers spacious and versatile accommodation that is ideally
configured for dual family occupancy. The bungalow is centrally situated in its own
grounds that are level and predominantly laid to lawn, having a great deal of
privacy and enjoys views to the surrounding countryside. All windows and doors
are double glazed and solar tubes have been cleverly used to provide natural
lighting to the internal areas. The wide brick paved driveway at the front provides
off road parking for a number of vehicles.
An internal inspection of this property is highly recommended to fully appreciate
the adaptable nature of the accommodation and its suitability to dual family
occupancy.
