How It All Started
On April 1st, 2009, the Arafa Family had committed themselves and purchased the Cahill Diner.
Moody and Zeze have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. Having previously owned
restaurants in the past they are very excited to have the opportunity to take Cahill Diner to the next
level of customer service and food quality. Zeze has a lot of experience in home cooked meals
raising five children. She loves to bake and likes to put an ethnic twist to the basic foods.
