We are pleased to announce the organization of the ninth European Cup of Vovinam Viet Vo
Dao which will run from March, 26th to 27th 2016 in Liège, Belgium.

Dates and schedule
The competition will begin on Saturday, March 26 th at 1:00 PM and will end on Sunday,
March 27th at 7:30 PM. The following detailed programme is only indicative.
Saturday, March 26th 2016 :
10h00 – 13h00 : Welcome and check in of registration for Masters and
delegations; Weigh-in for sparring competitors
13h15 – 13h45 : Meeting of teachers and jury members
13h30 – 13h45 : Collective warm-up
13h45 – 14h00 : Opening ceremony
14h00 – 19h00 : Technical qualifications and " Dien Kinh " Vovinam Viet Vo Dao,
all levels.
19h00 – 21h30 : Dinner.
21h30 – 23h00 : Party on site (Transportation to the hotels will be organized
before and after the party)
23h00 : Going back to hotels
Sunday, March 27th 2016 :
08h45 – 9h00 : Collective warm-up
09h00 – 12h00: Sparring and vat qualifications and remaining technical
qualifications, all levels
12h00 – 13h00 : Short lunch break on site
13h00 – 16h00 : Remaining sparring and vat qualifications, all levels

16h30 – 19h30 : Grand Finals
19h30 – 21h30 : Dinner
23h00 : Going back to hotels
Registration
Registrations will open on January 2016, each registration will be done by club. Information
about the registration procedure will be sent in due course.
Registrations will be effective after payment is received.

Notes regarding meals:
- Snacks will be available for sale on Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon and
evening.
- A halal option will be proposed for each meal.
Notes regarding housing:
-The organizing committee has booked four hotels around the sport centre and will
organize transportation from and to the hotels.
-The booked rooms are of different capacities. It is thus possible for families to stay in
private rooms, within the limit of the availability and the filling of the rooms.
