Who’s Who & What’s What
Angela Gray, is well-known from radio
Anjula Devi was inspired to cook by her
and television. She has a state-of-the-art
cookery school at Llanerch Vineyard near
Cardiff. Her new book, Winter Recipes, is
available from the Graffeg stall.

Ludovic Dieumegard, a BBC2
Professional Masterchef semi-finalist and
festival favourite, is now Head Chef at the
Harbourmaster Hotel, Aberaeron.
Will Holland worked at Michelin-starred
restaurants for ten years before becoming
Head Chef of Coast near Saundersfoot.
Will was recently named UK Restaurant Chef
of the Year.
