She has a state-of-the-art cookery school at Llanerch Vineyard near Cardiff. Her new book, Winter Recipes, is available from the Graffeg stall. father, who grew up on a farm in Kenya. Now she promotes authentic Indian food through her own catering company and private lessons. Her book, Authentic Indian Food, has just been issued by Lakeland. Ludovic Dieumegard, a BBC2 Professional Masterchef semi-finalist and festival favourite, is now Head Chef at the Harbourmaster Hotel, Aberaeron. Will Holland worked at Michelin-starred restaurants for ten years before becoming Head Chef of Coast near Saundersfoot. Will was recently named UK Restaurant Chef of the Year.
