DaVita-HCP-Team Wi-Fi
for NON DaVita Equipment
This process is to outline the steps of adding DaVita-Team or DaVita-HCP-Team WiFi connection for
Laptops using a Windows Operating System.
THESE STEPS ARE NOT TO BE USED ON ANY DAVITA EQUIPMENT.
Select the Windows Icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
In the Search Bar type the following Network and Sharing Center and hit enter.
The below link can also be selected from the search results on the left.
The Following window will open.

Top left of the Window select the option Manage wireless networks.
The next window will open and select the Add button the top left.
Select Manually create a network profile button.

Add the following Network name: DaVita-HCP-Team
Security type: WPA2-Enterprise
Encryption type: AES
Security Key: (Leave Blank)
Select the Next button.
The Next Window will appear. Select Change connection settings.

Select the Security Tab
Under the Security select the Settings button.

Select the Configure Button.
The Next Window will open and uncheck the box (Automatically use my Windows logon name and password
(and domain if any) and select the Ok button

Select Ok again on the Next window.
The next Window will be left open. Select the Advance settings button.

The next window will open.
Place a check mark in the box for Specify authentication mode: and select in the drop down box User
authentication.
Select the Ok button.

The following message will open the bottom right of the screen once the Ok button has been selected. If this
message does not appear go to the Wi-Fi settings in the bottom right and select Connect to the DaVita-HCPTeam network.
The next login window will open and have the Physician or Nurse Practitioner use their DaVita Active
Directory account to log in. (VillageWeb login ID and Password)
The device will connect to the DaVita-HCP-Team as long as the User ID and Password are correct and have
not expired.
