Colour: green cover and black liner with steel spiral and polyester reinforcement.
Temperature range: -30°C + 80°C
Plutone BD100 is the first thermoplastic hose made with a special compound which can deliver
biodiesel up to 100% concentration. Very good resistance to fuels, oils and chemicals. Hose for
suction and delivery, suitable for an average working pressure of 10 Bar and an average vacuum of 9
mH2O.
Hose features: inside and outside completely smooth to limit friction due to dragging over the floor.
If compared with a vulcanized rubber hose, Plutone BD100 is lighter and more handle, without
renouncing to the best behavior with aggressive fluids. An embedded coppered cord makes the hose
antistatic according to TRB S 2153.
The hose is conform to the international EN14214, which concerns Biodiesel production.
Standards: ATEX conform; EN 14214 conform; TRB S 2153.
APPLICATIONS:
for production, blending and pouring plants, with a concentrations up to 100%.
The hose is usually connected with the common fittings for oils, like BS and Camlock.
