PRESIDENT’S LETTER
Happy New Year to all of our members, partners, friends and family of the Greater Dade City Chamber of
Commerce!
It is my privilege and pleasure to serve as the 2016 Chamber President. We have a supportive and active
Board of Directors, super volunteers, ambassadors and committee members and a dedicated staff, all
committed to serving you, our members.
My thanks to our outgoing President, Bobby Van Allen, and to the two members coming off the Board for
2016, Mr. Ronnie Deese and Mr. Chris Browne. As well, welcome to Dr. Lisa Richardson, PHSC and Jason
Sasser, JRS Realty to the Board.
The foundation for our Chamber is based on our Mission Statement. “To promote business development and
quality of life in the Greater Dade City area.” In support of our mission, our goals for 2016 include growing
our membership base, producing quality events and programs, promoting our businesses and merchants,
supporting our government agencies and encouraging volunteer support and philanthropy throughout our
community.
In order for you to receive the maximum benefit from your Chamber membership, I would suggest and
encourage you to become involved in a volunteer committee, attend some of our many functions, take
advantage of Chamber advertising opportunities and network with fellow Chamber members.
I don’t know how many times I have witnessed a Chamber member making contact with a new customer or
supplier through interaction and conversation at a Chamber function. It works! It really does!
Our Sponsors of various events – especially the Annual Kumquat Festival®, are invaluable to the continued
operation, marketing and promotion of our area, through Chamber activities. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for
your continued financial and logistical support of what we do.
The 19th Annual Kumquat Festival® will be held on Saturday, January 30th, in downtown Dade City. We expect
upwards of 40,000 attendees, have signed 400 vendors and 40 sponsors – all coming together to showcase
our community, do some business and have a lot of fun! Please call the Chamber if you would like to become
involved with our Festival – we have lots of volunteer opportunities.
Leading up to Festival Day in downtown will be the Dade City Cruise In on Saturday, January 2, the Miss/Mr.
Kumquat Pageant will be held on Saturday, January 16 at Calvary Assembly of God Church. Kumquat Grove
and Packing House tours will be held on Thursday January 28 and Friday January 29 at the Kumquat Growers
Inc.

January 2016 marks the 13th anniversary of National
Stalking Awareness Month. This is a month dedicated to
educating the public on the heinous crime of stalking. The
theme—“Stalking: Know It. Name It. Stop It,” is
appropriate for crime that affects 7.5 million victims a
year. Technology, also known as “cyber stalking,” has
provided a quick and easy way for stalkers to harass and
watch their victims. Stalking victims often receive
unwanted phone calls, e-mails, text messages, or have their stalker show up unannounced for no
reason. Florida has laws to protect its citizens from this unwanted abuse.
According to Florida Statute, “Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or
cyberstalks another person commits the offense of stalking” (s. 784.048, F.S.). The definition of a threat
includes those made through electronic means such as the use of GPS tracking devices, phone calls, texts,
and spyware. Statewide in 2014, there were 136 cases of aggravated stalking filed and 388 cases of simple
stalking, according to the FDLE CIF annual report. Those numbers show a 32.3 percent and a 22.4 percent
decrease from 2013, respectively.
In 2014, 563 petitions for an act of stalking were filed in Pasco County. We encourage anyone who is in need
of protection and court assistance to contact our Office. Deputy clerks provide clerical support to individuals
seeking to file an injunction (also referenced as a restraining order).

The Honorable Paula S. O’Neil, Ph.D., congratulates Eric Ly, the 2015 Clerk & Comptroller Constitution
Essay Contest first place winner. Eric is a fifth grader from Wesley Chapel Elementary School. Dr. O’Neil also
congratulates second place winner Dakota Lambert of Deer Park Elementary School and third place winner
Jenny Delcastillo of West Zephyrhills Elementary. Former Chief Deputy Clerk Barbara Rulison, reporter Tom
Jackson, and author Gail Diederich graciously volunteered to serve on the judging panel. Dr. O'Neil
recognized contest winners at the Pasco County School Board meeting on November 17, 2015. Family
members, teachers, and administrators took part in the event.
Eric Ly’s essay stood out among the 82 entries that were received from 10 teachers at 8 different
schools. Summarizing his essay, Eric wrote, “In America, people could start out new. America gave
immigrants a second chance at their life. If not for the constitution, they wouldn’t have a second chance. In
conclusion, without the American Constitution, America would’ve been drastically altered."
Dr. O’Neil extends a thank you and congratulations to all of the participants for their hard work and
reflection on such an important topic. Thank you, Eric, for your hard work, and we look forward to giving you
a courthouse tour. Thank you, again, to the contest judging panel and to Superintendent Browning for
assisting with this contest.

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Dedicates CREATION® Health Tree of Life
Florida Hospital Zephyrhills
(FHZ) dedicated a new
mural in its hospital lobby
on Monday, November 16,
with staff, volunteers and
members of the community
present. Randy Surber, FHZ
president and CEO,
presided.
The mural, which covers an
entire wall off the hospital’s
main entrance, represents
the Tree of Life and is
consistent with the
Christian values upon which
the not-for-profit hospital is
based, according to Surber. Eight large monitors have been interspersed within the tree and change to
reflect tranquil nature scenes. The tree trunk, branches and leaves are made of several layers of Eurocore
maple and are three inches thick.
Additionally, every leaf has been airbrushed around its edges to add depth, Surber said. The interactive kiosk
in front of the Tree of Life is designed to give the user the opportunity to learn and remember how the
principles in the acronym C.R.E.A.T.I.O.N. can help us live an abundant and satisfying life.
The mural was more than a year in the making and is the first of its kind at Florida Hospital. FHZ’s
Administrative Council, led by Surber and senior staff, came up with the Tree of Life concept and then the
design and construction phase began. The former corresponds with FHZ’s commitment to CREATION® Health
and wellness, Surber added. “Our hospital is here to provide the best possible care when you need us most,”
Surber said, “but we’re equally dedicated to keeping you well. That’s where CREATION® Health comes in.”
CREATION® is the health care organization’s acronym for Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust,
Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook and Nutrition. By regularly practicing these eight principles, Surber said,
we believe that it will help one to live a fuller, happier and healthier life. In line with this philosophy, FHZ is
preparing for the grand opening of its new, free-standing CREATION® Health Wellness Center and its
CREATION® Health Community Garden in January. FHZ also hosts ongoing community health education
programs and support groups at no charge.

Getting a Better Night’s Sleep
Sleep is something everyone needs, but many people find difficult to get. According to the National Sleep
Foundation, 40 million Americans experience chronic, long-term sleep disorders like insomnia, sleep apnea,
restless leg syndrome or narcolepsy and an additional 20 million experience occasional sleeping problems.
Sleep deprivation interferes with daily life including productivity, driving and social activities. There are many
treatment options for sleep disorders, and sometimes simply making small lifestyle changes can help you get
a better night’s sleep.
“Your body has an internal clock or circadian rhythm that naturally tells it when to wake up and go to sleep by
releasing hormones and changing your body temperature,” said Paul Chakola, M.D., Pulmonologist. “Often
times these natural rhythms get off track causing difficulties sleeping.”
During sleep, your body temperature, heart rate and blood pressure lower to conserve energy, the brain
refreshes by removing waste and your body works to rebuild parts that have been stressed during the day.
Lack of sleep is associated with many different disorders. Not getting the proper amount of sleep does not
allow your body to rejuvenate.
Most people who have difficulty sleeping can make lifestyle changes and see improvements in their quality of
sleep. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Exercise daily and avoid alcohol or caffeine before
bedtime. If you can, try not to eat a large meal two-three hours before bedtime. Make sure that you have a
relaxing bedtime routine and that you only use your bed for sleeping.
Research has recently shown that use of electronic devices immediately before bed can disrupt your
circadian rhythms. Cell phones and laptops emit blue light that tells your body it is time to wake up. It is
recommended that you stop using electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
“If lifestyle changes do not help you sleep better you may need to see a doctor and talk about treatment
options,” said Dr. Chakola. “There are medicines physicians can prescribe to help you sleep as well as
therapy. Your physician might even suggest you do a sleep study.”

Education Issues on the Horizon

In previous years, the Florida Legislature convened in Tallahassee for session in
March. However, the 2016 Legislative Session will begin on Tuesday, January 12, and end
on Friday, March 11. Looking forward, there are a couple education issues that I wanted to
share with you.
Assessments and accountability are issues that affect virtually every parent in our
school district. With the advent of the newly implemented Florida Standards Assessment
(FSA), superintendents across Florida, including myself, advocated to Governor Rick Scott
and our legislators to prohibit the Department of Education from releasing school grades. After only one year of testing,
the FSA lacks learning gains, a critical factor in school grading. As superintendent, I do not fear accountability; I
embrace it. That is why I have asked the Legislature to take another look at our accountability standards as we move
forward with this new testing platform.
As Pasco County continues to see rapid growth, it is important that our district receives adequate funding to
provide classroom space for students. There has been a push to create a dedicated revenue stream for charter schools
by taking a portion of millage dollars from school districts. Let me be clear, I support school choice and have been
supportive of a spectrum of avenues for students and parents to pursue. However, I do not believe it is in the best
interests of our families to take capital dollars from one group of parents and students to supply the other. I would be
more interested in seeing how the Legislature could create a new, completely separate capital funding source for
charters.
There are many other education issues facing the Florida Legislature during session. Please let the Pasco
County Legislative Delegation members know your thoughts on these and other issues. If there is an issue you would

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills announced today that it has
been recognized as a 2014 Top Performer on Key
Quality Measures® by The Joint Commission, the
leading accreditor of health care organizations in the
United States.
Florida Hospital Zephyrhills was recognized as part of
The Joint Commission’s 2015 annual report “America’s
Hospitals: Improving Quality and Safety,” for attaining
and sustaining excellence in accountability measure performance for heart attack, heart failure,
immunization, pneumonia, stroke, surgical care and venous thromboembolism (VTE). Florida Hospital
Zephyrhills is one of only 1,043 hospitals out of more than 3,300 eligible hospitals in the United States to
achieve the 2014 Top Performer distinction.
The Top Performer program recognizes hospitals for improving performance on evidence-based
interventions that increase the chances of healthy outcomes for patients with certain conditions including
heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia, surgical care, children’s asthma, inpatient psychiatric services, stroke,

September and October DAISY Award Recipients
Florida Hospital Zephyrhills recognized Jody Wilcox, RN as its September DAISY Award recipient and Kelli Jones, RN as
its October DAISY Award recipient.
Jody (left) works in the Clinical Decision Unit and was nominated by a patient’s
family member for her genuine and compassionate care, her support, and for
advocating for the patient during a difficult time. Jody helped to educate the
family, called the appropriate resources as needed and offered comforting and
reassuring hugs.
Kelli (right bottom) received numerous nominations from patients and her
peers. Her patients recognized her for going above and beyond her normal
duties and for treating them like a member of her family. Her peers said she is
loved by her patients, her team and is an inspiration to nurses. Kelli also serves
as her departments CREATION® Health Champion and Pain Champion.
The DAISY award is part of the DAISY Foundation's program to recognize the
super-human efforts nurses perform
every day.
Each month, a nurse is selected by
Florida Hospital Zephyrhills to receive
The DAISY Award. At a presentation given in front of the nurse’s
colleagues, physicians, patients, and visitors, the honoree receives a
certificate commending him or her for being an "Extraordinary Nurse." The
certificate reads: "In deep appreciation of all you do, who you are, and the
incredibly meaningful difference you make in the lives of so many people."
The honoree also receives a beautiful and meaningful sculpture titled, “A
Healer’s Touch”. This sculpture is hand-carved by artists of the Shona
Tribe in Africa.

Another, an outreach ministry supported by the partnership of First Baptist Church of Dade City, St. Rita Catholic
Church, The Dade City Youth Council, Dade City Christian Church and Calvary Assembly, Dade City/Metropolitan
Ministries/Restored Hope to reach out to our community to provide a hot meal to those in need. Anyone with a heart
to serve is welcome! And that is just what the staff and members of ANYTIME FITNESS of Dade City did by holding a
food drive at their location (14540 7th Street) for several weeks and brought their donations to the Pasco County
Community Services Nutrition Center where a delicious meal, toiletry items, dog/cat food and clothing is provided.
The Staff and Members of ANYTIME FITNESS of Dade City did an excellent job in serving our guests. We truly

We also enjoyed the benefits of a class-supported Thanksgiving Food Drive offered by Saint Leo University which was
directed by Libbe Carriker. They took a class project and turned it into a great opportunity to help those in need with

Happy New Year!
Thank you to all the individuals and organizations that worked tirelessly to make
Dade City shine for our residents and visitors during the holiday season. The Greater
Dade City Chamber for the Magical Christmas Night Parade, the Dade City
Merchants Association for the Christmas Stroll, decorated shops and parks
throughout the City, residents who coordinated our very unique Church Street
Christmas, and the Dade City Historic Celebrations luminary project that illuminated
our streets with the newly added Price Park this year. City staff deserves recognition
for their continued diligence in our parks, streets and other areas during this busy
season. A very special thank you to Commissioner Jimmy Shive who coordinated the
City’s holiday decorations throughout downtown. He, along with several volunteers,
worked months coordinating the purchase and hanging of decorations for all to
enjoy this holiday season. Working together, Dade City looked amazing during the holidays.
While these holiday festivities were occurring for all to enjoy, our public works department was working
throughout the year to ensure Dade City continued to improve city services, upgrade old infrastructure, repair
or replace ageing items as needed. At a recent Commission meeting, City Engineer/Public Works Director,
Gordon Onderdonk, provided a year-end report of different projects undertaken during the past year. I would
like to share excerpts from his City of Dade City 2014-2015 Public Works Annual Report:
“This year was an extremely busy and productive year for Public Works. We made significant strides towards
improving the City. We are on a terrific pace and we are excited to keep the momentum going. This past year,
our staff has tackled capital improvements projects on their own, taking the initiative and making positive
results. From stormwater retrofit projects, to new water main expansions, to a new multipurpose field, the
entire public works staff saved the City time and money by performing this work in –house. We also faced
numerous challenges this year. We received a record amount of rainfall during the rainy season which
weighed heavily on our streets and utilities department. We also had to relocate our water and sewer utilities
on SR 52 and US301 to accommodate the improvements constructed by the Department of Transportation. In
addition to the work performed in-house this year, we are also managing large capital improvement projects
exceeding $10 million. These projects include the second phase of the WWTP rehabilitation with a new
administration building, the second phase of the sewer lift station rehabilitation, and a new city hall and police
station.”
The report also included all the projects planned for the next year and beyond. Our City Engineer looks forward
to continuing the proud heritage and promising future of our city. I am confident we would agree. Dade City
has good vibes and a great future!

PASCO COUNTY TO HAVE NATION'S FIRST ULTRAFAST
INTERNET COMMUNITY BUILT FROM GROUND UP
Using traditional broadband Internet access, downloading 100 pictures takes nearly five minutes. With gigabit fiber
access that same 100-picture download can be completed in three seconds.
Such ultrafast Internet access is one of the centerpieces of a newly designated area of Pasco County that is the first in the
country to be built from the ground up as a smart gigabit community. Dubbed the connected city corridor, the 7,800
acres in central and eastern Pasco County is bordered by Interstate 75, Curley and Overpass roads and State Road 52.
Tuesday morning, US Ignite, a nonprofit organization affiliated with the National Science Foundation and the White
House Office of Science and Technology Policy, came to Dade City to honor the county for its efforts and to tout the
benefits of the connected corridor.
"This level of investment drives jobs and economic development and quality of life,'' William Wallace, US Ignite's
executive director, told commissioners.
Several major cities including Kansas City, Mo.; Cleveland and Chattanooga, Tenn., have retrofitted neighborhoods with
gigabit technology, and Metro Development Group offers similarly speedy UltraFi service in its Union Park
development in Wesley Chapel. But Pasco's connected city corridor will be the first to install the network at the outset of
a large-scale planned community.
The cost of the privately financed Bright House network will be passed on to home buyers and business owners, similar
to traditional water and sewer utility expenses, as the property develops.
"It easy to make a buck. It's a lot harder to make a difference. How can we use technology to make a difference?'' Kartik
Goyani, Metro's vice president of operations, asked commissioners.
The applications include uses in education, health care, public safety, energy and transportation. For instance, students
at a STEM school in Chattanooga learned from instructors at the University of Southern California in a real-time lesson
that included microscopic tissue examinations by the students 1,800 miles from the microscope. The city also installed
sensors to monitor pollen counts in individual neighborhoods to better forecast potential trouble for asthmatics.
In Pasco, the connected city corridor is a state-authorized pilot program for developments promoting job creation,
alternative transportation, limits on sprawl and environmental protections. In exchange, developments within the area
escape state planning reviews with Pasco County commissioners controlling future comprehensive plan amendments
over the next 10 years.
Much of the land within the planning area is targeted for development, including two from Metro Development, the
2,000-home Epperson project and the former Cannon Ranch, now known as Mirada, which will contain 4,000 homes.
Though the state pilot program expires in a decade, the planning area is intended to have a 50-year build-out that will
bring 96,000 people living in 37,000 residential units on what now is largely rural land.
The most visible sign of the pending development is the construction of the westward extension of Overpass Road from
Curley Road. However, some of the details have been disclosed previously including Epperson's plans for the
first-in-the-country 7-acre self-sustaining swimming pool known as a crystal lagoon. As an economic development
lure, Epperson's town center plans include a business incubator and office building near the lagoon's edge.
Pasco's final consideration of the connected city corridor plan, being devised by Heidt Design in conjunction with
county planners, is not expected until the spring.

He has written and co-written several songs that he and fellow artists anticipate will be studio ready in the
near future. Noah considers his most important work to be with several charities that he serves with.
He has volunteered with Happy Dolphin, who provides beach vacations and dolphin encounters for
special needs and terminally ill children, as their music therapist. He is the Music Ambassador for Camo
Dreams, Inc. who take special needs and terminally ill children on dream outdoor adventures. And he is also
a Kids Wish Network Angel, meeting and providing memorable experiences for children who love country
music and their wish is to visit Nashville. He hopes to be able to continue to use music to bring people
happiness.

Current Pasco County Crime Trends and Crime Prevention Efforts
Last month, we discussed a number of crime trends that are prevalent throughout
Pasco County and the Tampa Bay Area. Those crimes included a number of scams,
thieves breaking into unlocked cars, and a crime technique dubbed “Felony Lane.”
This month we’ll focus on the burglary of business vehicles, how to design an area to
prevent crime and camera registration.
Criminals are very creative in their attempts to separate you from your money or
possessions and we aim to thwart them at every turn. Hopefully these tips will
empower you to detect and deter any criminal element you encounter.
Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design or CPTED – It’s incredible to think a way to deter crime is in the design
of a neighborhood or the way in which you decorate your home. This method of crime prevention changes your
physical environment in an attempt to prevent crime. For instance, keeping the exterior of your home well-lit at night
is one way to keep burglars or prowlers away. They don’t want to be seen and lighting your exterior keeps every nook
lit. If you have windows that are on the ground floor or if you you’re in a single level home, plant low, thorny bushes
near those windows to keep burglars from accessing your home through those windows. Don’t allow shrubs to
become overgrown and block your line of sight. This takes away another element of concealment for criminals.
If you fence in your front yard or backyard, use a fencing system that is waist-level and picket style. That will keep
intruders from being concealed while on you property. Also, place security signs up on the exterior of your home or
business. There are a wide array of tactics one can employ from the CPTED philosophy, and these are just a few items
related to this strategy.
Another key element in CPTED is surveillance. Neighborhood watch groups are one means of keeping an eye on a
community. Get to know your neighbors on each side of your home, behind your home and across the street. If you
see suspicious activity, report it. For communities, designing streets that are pedestrian friendly increases the number
of eyes on a home or neighborhood in general. Chances are if a pedestrian witnesses something out of the ordinary
happening at a home, that activity will be reported. You can visit www.pascosheriff.com/crimeprevention for more

That leads u to the next topic: camera registration.
Camera Registration Program (Crime Reports) – This allows citizens, businesses and law enforcement to form a
partnership in keeping a community safe. Footage from a surveillance system can be provided to law enforcement if a
crime has been committed nearby. Camera owners can go to www.crimereports.com and register their surveillance
camer9s), which will add you to a list only available to law enforcement. This is a free service and camera owners can
remove their name from the list at any time. If a crime is committed in your area, investigators can contact you to see
if the crime was captured by your camera. This may allow a crime to be solved much quicker.
Business vehicle burglaries – It’s no secret work truck contain plenty of equipment or gear crooks would love to get
their hands on. If you must park your work truck at home, ensure that it is locked up and has an alarm. If you can,
place the truck inside your garage. Many times those trucks are left in parking areas at the end of the workday. Make
sure that area is well-lit and is properly secured from outside intruders. Also, strategically place surveillance cameras in
the area so they can capture any suspicious activity.
Welcoming the New Year with the Presidential Preference Primary
At the elections’ office we’ll be ringing in the new year with preparations for the 2016
Presidential Preference Primary (PPP) on March 15, 2016, the first of four elections our
office will administer in 2016. One important facet of elections preparation is to create an
awareness of the Florida “closed primary” system of voting. Simply stated, a closed primary
means that the candidate choices on your ballot will be only candidates that are the same
party affiliation as your voter registration. Unlike many states, party changes on Election
Day are statutorily prohibited in the state of Florida, and voting a “split ticket” is not an
option. Changing party affiliation in order to vote for a particular candidate is permissible;
however, it must be done 29 days prior to the election date when the registration books
close.
The PPP in March is a unique primary and is part of the nominating process for United
States presidential elections. In these early primaries, voters express their preference for
the presidential candidate they would like to see representing their party in the November
General Election. As the first elimination contests among the presidential candidate
hopefuls, the states with the earliest primaries are targeted heavily on the campaign trail.
Although the outcome of these primaries does not directly determine which candidates will
go on to the final race, in Florida, the PPP determines which candidate the party delegates
will be bound to vote for during the national party conventions.
Historically, the earliest primaries are more influential to the process of nominating
presidential candidates. Some states hold caucuses which differ from primaries in that they
are managed by the political parties themselves rather than the local governments. Either
way, Presidential Preference Primaries are the creation of political parties, and were never
part of our country’s constitution. The political parties make the rules about how the party
delegates are allocated throughout the states.
As the debates unfold and your opinions are being formed, take a moment to insure that
your voter registration reflects the same party as the candidate of your choice. If not, the
registration books close to party changes on February 16, 2016. Also, review your sample
ballot, and be sure to make plans to either vote early, vote by mail, or at the polls on

Your home can be taken from you with the
filing of just one fraudulent document at the
County Clerk’s office. Hard to believe?
Ask Linda Cleland of Hialeah about it. As
described by CBS Local Miami, someone filed
a false deed against her last year, forging her signature. “They stole her home and sold it to a
legitimate real estate investor. That investor evicted Cleland in April.” (Zea, 2015). Her house
“belonged to the Cleland family since the mid-1950s.” (Ovalle, 2015). All of her belongings were
“put in bags and tossed outside like garbage.” (Ovalle). There are people who use counterfeit
quitclaim deeds to defraud residents of their properties all over the country, which is one of the
fastest growing crimes in the United States. For Cleland, after living on a church bench and with
friends for a while, a judge recently ordered the home returned to her. While her story has a happy
ending, she had a long legal struggle and needless pain and heartbreak.
Because of her despair and many others who have had similar struggles, the Pasco Clerk &
Comptroller’s Office implemented a free notification service in October, the Pasco Property Fraud
Alert. This service allows residents to register to receive alerts, similar to credit card alerts, when
documents are recorded with
registered names. Customers determine personal and business name(s) they want monitored and
choose to receive alerts through email or phone. Upon notification of a document recorded within
Pasco County
Official Records with the registered name(s), property owners may verify whether activity was
initiated by them or someone attempting to commit property fraud.

325 friends on November 26th.

day of sharing… spiritually and

ages, ethnicities and economic
levels. “It truly is like the
kingdom of heaven,” says
Sister.
It does the heart good to see so
many people come together for
such an important cause. Our volunteers are crucial to the success
of this annual event which is one of the Sisters’ Corporate
Commitments to the community. Sister Donna DeWitt
supervised the preparation of the traditional meal and Ellen
Mejias and the Saint Anthony Women’s Club provided the
desserts…yummy!
The record breaker was that 15 volunteers peeled and diced 120
pounds of potatoes in just 45 minutes the night before!
Volunteers also delivered meals to the 45 women and children at
Sunrise Spouse Abuse Center; 40 meals to the homebound and 28
to the Dade City housing development, Bethany Family
Apartments sponsored by Catholic Charities.
Along with some very special donors who gave, the Social Work
Club at Saint Leo University donated $500 they raised to help

All contest entrants must present a copy of the recipe used on an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper at the time they drop

All entries must be brought to the Mabel Jordan Barn on January 9, 2016 between 10:00 am & 11:00 am

Judging will take place at 1:00 pm on January 9, 2016 in the Mabel Jordan Barn.
