SKI 6 In the Oberland region of Tyrol, 6 ski regions have joined
forces to make one big combined ticket. With just one ski pass you
may enjoy skiing and snowboarding at: the Kaunertal Glacier, Fendels,
Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis, Nauders and the Venet areas. Access to over
80 lifts gives you approx. 350 km of perfectly groomed trails, most
of them with snow making facilities, all on the one pass.
70 lifts and 365 kilometres of slopes in Tyrol and Switzerland. The
following ski areas are included: Kaunertal Glacier, Fendels, Ischgl,
Samnaun and Nauders.
GLACIER ROAD TOLL
The toll price covers both legs of a return trip. Rental cars can only
purchase day tickets. The toll for the Glacier Road is included in the
price of your ski pass.

FREE “BAMBINI” PASS: From day 1, children under 10 years (including birthday
1.1.2006 and younger) ski for free when accompanied by a parent! Only valid for
multiple purchases. Not valid for season passes, partnership/combination passes

YOUTH RATE: Reduced price for those who were born between 1997 and 1999
(Photo ID is required) on day and multi-day passes.
GROUP DISCOUNTS: An employee from the Kaunertal Glacier will gladly provide
you with information about group discounts upon written request.
FREE INFANT PASS: Children under 6 years (including birthday 1.1.2009 and
younger) go free – travel without ski pass.
TOLL FEE: For holders of a valid ski pass the toll fee is included; accompanying
non-skiers must pay the walker’s toll.
PITZTAL PLUS: When you purchase a multi-day pass (valid with min. 6-day ski
passes) you get up to 2 days use of the lift facilities on the Pitztal Glacier and the
Rifflsee ski area. This does not apply to special discount weeks.
“80+ PROMOTION”: Senior citizens aged 80 or older ski for free.
SENIOR CITIZENS RATE: Reduced price for those who were born 1950 and older
(Photo ID is required) on day and multi-day passes.
SKI BUS: Holders of a valid ski pass are entitled to use the ski bus free of charge.
SKI INSTRUCTORS: Ski instructors pay normal children’s rates on day and
multi-day passes. ID with valid annual international IVSI stamp required. This
does not apply to season passes, partnership/combination passes or other
already discounted tickets.

SHUTDOWN OF OPERATIONS, MALFUNCTIONS AND REDUCED SERVICE: Non-use
of the ski pass due to poor weather conditions, avalanche danger, systems failure,
closure of slopes, unexpected departures etc. are not valid claims for refunds or
extensions. Using the ski slopes is done at one’s own risk. Subject to changes in
operating hours due to snow conditions.
PHOTO: A photograph is required for passes of 7 days and longer and for season
passes. A photo is taken at our ticket counters and is free of charge.
MISUSE, REPLACEMENT AND EXTENSIONS: Ticket inspections are carried out regularly and at random. The ski pass must be shown to lift personnel upon request.
Ski passes are issued to individuals and are non-transferable. Any misuse will
result in immediate confiscation and a fine equal to a triple daily tariff. We reserve
the right to press charges. The subsequent exchange for another ski pass and
extension or postponement of the validity period is not possible.
MIXED PRICE: A mixed price is calculated for ski passes when seasons overlap.
PARKING: Parking is free in all our car parks!
PISTE RESCUE: Should you need to be rescued on the slopes, you will be charged
by us and required to pay in cash.
REFUNDS IN THE EVENT OF SKIING ACCIDENTS: In the event of a skiing accident,
money will only be refunded when the ski pass is valid for two days or more. No
refunds will be made to accompanying persons. The refund is calculated from the
time the ski pass is handed in and not from the day of the accident. A medical
certificate from a local doctor must be obtained and presented before any refund
can be given.

BIBI Kinderland in Fendels and in the Kinderland at the Kaunertal
Glacier, while parents can enjoy skiing on the vast glacier slopes or
forest runs in Fendels. The kids will not be bored, even during lunch
breaks: the playground next to the Weißsee mountain restaurant’s sun
terrace and the adventure playground at the Sattelklause restaurant
are the perfect places for the little ones to play and let off steam.

... that the Kaunertal Glacier has a huge variety of runs covering an
altitude difference of over 1,000 metres? And all that on broad and
uncrowded natural snow-covered slopes! The run from Drei-LänderBlick (“3-country view” – top station of the Karlesjoch gondola
at 3,108 m) down to the valley station of the Ochsenalm lift has an
altitude difference of about 1,000 metres and is 5.5 km long.

KEYCARDS: Our ski area is fully equipped with a non-contact keycard system. This
means that your ski pass will be issued in the form of an electronic keycard. A
€ 5.00 deposit is charged for each card, which will be refunded upon return of the
undamaged keycard at all ticket counters of the Kaunertaler Gletscherbahnen ski
lifts or tourist office, swimming pool, sports shop or hotel reception. Lift tickets
are verified electronically at all lifts and facilities in the resort. Non-skiers are issued magnetic tickets for single trips, which must be inserted into the appropriate
card readers.

... that every Thursday from 7.00 pm until 10.30 pm Fendels invites you
to try tobogganing and skiing by night? The 4.5 km floodlit toboggan
run and 1.2 km of illuminated ski slopes provide skiing and sledding
at night. Toboggans can be hired at the top lift station of the FendelsRied gondola.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Lifts run between 9 am – 4 pm.
TICKET COUNTERS AND OPENING HOURS
TOLLGATE/GLACIER ROAD COUNTER: 7 am – 5 pm (daily, also Sunday and public
holidays), ticket counter at the middle lift station in FENDELS: 9 am – 4 pm, ticket
counter at bottom station in RIED: 8.30 am – 4.30 pm (at the Fendels lifts during
winter and summer operating hours). We kindly ask you to remember that lift
passes or toll tickets for the glacier and Glacier Road are ONLY available at the toll
booth/ticket counter in the valley.
PAYMENT: Cash, ATM cards (Maestro) and credit cards (Visa, Master Card,
American Express).
