Enterprise Rideshare now accepts TIP debit/credit cards
Vanpoolers can use supplied credit/debit card with TIP funds for monthly vanpool payment
Dear Vanpooler –
Enterprise Rideshare recently began accepting the supplied credit/debit cards for your monthly Transportation
Incentive Program (TIP) program, replacing the old voucher system. As we work to get all of our vanpoolers up to
date with this new system, we are asking for you to take the following steps:
Vanpooler:
• Get your card as directed by your agency
• Confirm the first month funds will be available
• Activate your account (funds will automatically be deposited on your card the same day every month)
• Give information to your vanpool coordinator
Vanpool coordinator, please contact us at 800-VAN-4-WORK (Option 5)
with the following information from your riders:
• Vanpool ID
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address (if possible)
• Worksite Address, City, State, Zip
• Credit Card Number
• Credit Card Expiration Date
• CVV Code
• Exact amount to charge (example $110.50)
Once we receive this information the first time, you will only need to contact us if there is a change in your vanpool
(for example, a change in the amount charged, rider change, or new card information).

our customers with an easier TIP redemption process and look forward to getting you on the road to an easier
commuter!
