He made a big mess, ate our chocolates, and left dirty green footprints everywhere. Lucky for him we did not catch him but we did find some of his gold!!! The children are very excited about their very own Leprechaun Gold. (Tried to get a picture of every child, some were a little too fast for me.) Mrs. Humbert First Impression of the Leprechaun's mess. Evan says “Oh no he ate our chocolate.” Leprechaun footprints going to Sydnee’s trap Lily didn't catch the Leprechaun but she did catch his hat! Erin found some gold! Ryleigh tore apart her trap looking to see if she caught him. No luck but she found gold! Dr. Seuss Week! As a teacher, this is my ultimate favorite week of school. Our favorite day was when real firefighters came to visit and talked to us about fire safety. September Pre-K learned all about their 5 senses! We tasted a few foods, smelled some good and not so good smells, touched lots of different textures, saw a lot of beautiful pictures, and listened to the sounds around us. Pope Francis came to play with Pre-K!!! Pre-K had a great first week of school! They learned all about our school rules, how to clean-up, polite manners, and even visited a few specials. A few things to look forward to in September: Fire Safety (visit from a real life firefighter), My community unit, and our 5 senses unit. *** Attention Parents: our pumpkin farm field trip is OCT 22***
