In response to the horrific conditions caused by
the recent earthquake in Haiti, the Protective
Life Foundation is making a $15,000 gift in
support of the relief efforts being orchestrated
by the American Red Cross. Our contribution
will be sent to the International Response Fund
for the specific purpose of aiding those so
terribly traumatized by this natural disaster.”

CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
BENEFITING FIRST LIGHT AND
THE FIREHOUSE SHELTER
“We would like to thank all of our sponsors
for the second annual Protective Life IT
Charity Golf Tournament which was held on
Thursday, April 29, at Eagle Point Golf Club.
We had beautiful weather this year with
Tournament Registration

136 golfers. We raised a total of $7,737.04.
This total will be matched by The
Protective Foundation for a grand
total of $15,474.08 to be distributed
evenly to First Light Women’s Shelter
and the Firehouse Shelter for Men.”
