IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear customer,
As a new account customer, may I take this opportunity to welcome you to Photomart and could I ask you
totake a moment to read the following information, which will explain how our account system operates.
All prices in the Photomart catalogue are nett after settlement. This means a 5% surcharge is added to the
totalamount of your order and can be deducted if you pay within 30 days from the date on the invoice. If
paymentexceeds the 30 day limit the 5% surcharge must be paid.
Please note our computer system will automatically close an account if any outstanding invoices have not
beenpaid within 60 days, and an 8% interest charge per month will be imposed on any outstanding amounts
due.
When invoices are settled outside of this time, you must apply for your account to be re-opened but you
willhave only 50% of your previous agreed credit limit. Your original credit limit can only be reinstated, at our
discretion,after a period of prompt payments.
To avoid any inconvenience and delay with accounts, it is best to ensure prompt settlement of invoices.
Please sign and date this letter as your agreement to the account conditions and return it to Photomart.
Also,please write on this letter your name and company name in capitals. Keep a copy of this letter for your
records.Your account will be activated when we receive the signed letter.
