on the traditional yoga block, the Egg
Block provides lift and support like a normal block but being egg
shaped allows you to fine tune the amount of support provided,
particularly when used under the legs in seated postures.
Eggs are also fantastic for support in reclining postures and

a wide support) as they conform beautifully to the arc of your back.

using a multi-stranded rubber core with a protective nylon sleeve, which
prevents the possibility of sudden tube failure, that can occur with latex

Resistance Bands are ideal for use in Pilates, for resistance workouts
