“I almost gasped. It was as if
Corrie herself had entered the
auditorium, the Corrie we met
in the 1970’s. It was as if Corrie
had risen from the dead. It was
an amazing performance from an
actress who never studied acting.”

“A masterful telling of an amazing

of Corrie ten Boom will leave
you enthralled, convicted and

Dr. Steve Wende, First United

Powerful one-woman dramatizations
of the life of Corrie ten Boom —
a Christian woman who hid Jews in
her home during the Holocaust.
“…Masterful presentation…
captivated the many hundreds in
attendance….”
Corrie ten Boom
Dr. Richard J. Margolis, Rabbi,
Melbourne, FL
After her release from the concentration camp where her own sister, brother,
father and nephew had died at the hands of the Nazis, Corrie traveled the
globe telling her story in sixty-four countries. In the early 1970s Corrie’s bestselling book, The Hiding Place, was made into a movie. Corrie went on to
write many other inspirational books and videos. Crowds gathered to hear this
humble woman of faith. As people listened to her message of God’s power and
mercy, they were challenged to put their trust in Him. Corrie ten Boom died
April 15, 1983, on her 91st birthday.

“Sadly, true accounts of brave
Christians rescuing Jews during the
Holocaust are quite rare. The Corrie
Ten Boom story is an awe inspiring
classic. Susie Sandager brilliantly
recounts a timeless family story, relevant to Christians and Jews, deeply
rooted in love for God and respect
for his covenant. In her one-woman
presentation, Sandager also issues a
remarkable challenge, a message of
daring to care in a world of indifference and inhumanity; indeed, for
Sandager, like Corrie the survivor
she depicts, the lessons of the indescribable tragedy of the Holocaust
must never again be ignored or
unheeded. Susie Sandager’s acting
is intensely moving as she brings
to life her courageous character
Corrie. Each time I view Sandager’s
production I am reminded anew of
the importance of love to overcome
evil, and also why, more than ever,
positive Christian-Jewish relations
are imperative today.”

This moving drama recounts the efforts of
the ten Boom family to stand for God, and to
stand with and for the Jewish people during the
darkest days of the Holocaust. Corrie tells of
her family’s rescue operation in the ten Boom
family watch shop in Nazi occupied Holland;
how her family was betrayed to the Gestapo,
arrested and sent to prison. 1 hour
“One of the most incredible performances
that I have ever seen, both in terms of the
beauty of the presentation and in the story
that it tells…”
“Susan’s portrayal is so amazing and true to life that
one feels that once again Corrie is amongst us…a vital
message to the Christian world…”
Rev. Malcolm Hedding,
Exsc. Director Int’l Christian Embassy Jerusalem
In this dramatization, Corrie tells the story of her brother
Willem, an ordained minister in the Dutch Reformed
Church who was part of the Dutch underground. He
foretold the horrors of Nazi terror and took his allegiance
to the Jewish people seriously. Few have had their love
so severely tested. 1 hour
“…truly outstanding…both the narrative
and the dramatic portrayal…so real
was the presentation that many wept.”
Corrie makes a powerful challenge
to Christians today: “Sometimes
when you pray for someone or
something, God calls you to be part
of the answer.” 20 minutes
“When Susie Sandager brings
Corrie Ten Boom to life on stage,
I feel that she is most definitely
divinely inspired...the energy
and talent she brings is a gift
from God.”
Cantor Josh Perlman, B’Nai Israel,
Rockville MD
Rabbi Kenneth I. Segel,
Scottsdale, AZ
An inspirational sermon by Corrie ten Boom, with a profound
message of love and forgiveness. Corrie tells how she forgave
the man who betrayed her family to the Gestapo, and with incredible faith was able to
forgive a Ravensbrück Concentration Camp guard whose cruelty contributed to the death
of her beloved sister Betsie. 40 minutes

usie has spent many years giving
voice to the legacy of Corrie ten
Boom through a series of one-woman
shows about the Ten Boom family. In
addition to her study of Holocaust history,
she developed and wrote each presentation
based on her study of the Ten Boom family,
interviews of those who knew Corrie, as
well as Corrie’s own books, writings, and
recorded messages.
The riveting tale of faith ultimately
triumphing over evil is a story the world
longs to hear in these challenging times.
