Few modern yachts create such a lasting impression as the new
Johnson range. The 77’s superyacht styling provides her with many
more benefits then just looks. The wide beam endows the vessel
with an exceptionally spacious interior and the vertical windows
give her an external presence on the water normally only found on
much larger vessels.

Your choice - sky lounge or flybridge
The 77, as with the other yachts in the new Johnson range, is available
with either a sky lounge or a traditional flybridge with a bimini top. The
choice provides either, more open air deck space in the case of the flybridge
version, or a comfortable additional lounge, which has full protection from
the elements and provides fantastic views. Both versions feature a wet bar
with a fridge and an ice maker.

Home from home
Wide beam and superyacht styling give much more than a stable
ride and excellent handling. They also provide a yacht interior
with living areas comparable with vessels significantly larger.
More spacious living areas in the case of the 77, mean among
other things the option of either a main deck owners suite or,

in its place, the very popular ‘country kitchen’, option, with the
owners suite positioned on the lower deck.
Standard equipment levels on the 77 are very high, and of the
best quality. One look at the specification page of this brochure
and you will realise that at Johnsons we believe that our owners
should be provided with all the comforts of home. The saloon
has an impressive entertainment centre featuring a 42” plasma

screen TV and surround sound system for the HI FI, while in
the owner and guest cabins a flat screen TV is provided. The
galley is fully equipped right down to a dishwasher and a
trash compactor.
The Johnson 77 has exactly the right ambience for relaxing with
family and friends but, when the occasion demands, can easily
be transformed for more formal entertaining and dining in

Johnson Yachts, established almost 20 years ago to build high quality, luxury motor yachts, is
well known for its progressive and distinctive designs; the work of one of the world’s leading
naval architects, Bill Dixon of Dixon Yacht Design.
Very much a design led company; the combination of Dixon Yacht Design’s styling and naval
architecture, plus very high quality workmanship from Johnson has made the company the
success it is today.
One of the first companies in the Far East to employ a European designer, this successful
partnership between European design and Far East build quality has led to Johnson’s vessels
finding ready acceptance in markets the world over.
As they move into their third decade with a new range of yachts, of which the 87 is the
first; her ‘superyacht styling’, together with the many benefits that brings, will maintain the
Johnson marque at the leading edge of modern yacht design and construction.

87 – First of the fleet
The 87 is the first in a new range of yachts from Johnson
spanning 75 to 103 feet. As with her sister vessels in the new
range, the 87’s superyacht styling gives this yacht real presence
and individual character on the water. Adding this to her wider
than normal beam, leads to a significant increase in volume over
similar length yachts, giving benefits in both internal volume and
deck space.
Johnson has always been a company which believes that the
quality of their product and customer service go hand in hand.
First impressions when first boarding an 87, of high quality
and attention to detail, will remain your impression after closer
inspection. The semi-custom interiors are hand crafted and fully
equipped with high quality equipment.

Your choice – sky lounge or flybridge
There are two versions of the 87. For those who like the great
outdoors, the flybridge version, and those who want protection
from the elements and an extra saloon, the sky lounge option.
Whichever you choose the 87 comes with many common
features. Careful design of her wide beam hull gives a dry, stable
ride, with a sea kindly motion made even better by the standard
digital stabilisers. Ease of handling is assured with hydraulic
thrusters both bow and stern. Safety and comfort are enhanced
by the wide, teak laid side decks, the substantial stainless steel
stanchions and guardrails, and deck fittings and rope handling
equipment which are all high quality, and carefully positioned.
The tender lives in its own drive-in, remote opening, tender
garage and the yacht is also equipped with an electric davit
capable of lifting 600kg.

Home from home
The interior of the 87 is an oasis of comfort and calm. Van
Capellen insulation ensures the calm, while the comfort comes
from the knowledge that owners are free to customise the
interior to exactly match their requirements. For example, one
of the most popular options is a ‘country kitchen’ in place of the

on-deck master suite.
Another benefit of the superyacht styling and wide beam is the
volume of interior space available. Both day areas and cabins are
very generously proportioned as are the operational areas of the
yacht. Crew quarters are provided in two twin cabins.
Every cabin has air conditioning and is equipped with an

entertainment centre, varying from a 15” LCD TV with DVD
player and tuner amplifiers, in each guest cabin, to a massive
42” plasma screen TV with DVD player and tuner amp in both
the saloon and owners master cabin.
As with the exterior of the yacht, the emphasis is on quality
equipment and the highest standard of workmanship in every

The yachts in the new Johnson range have many things in common, not
the least is the choice of a huge flybridge for those who enjoy outdoor
living, or a sky lounge version which provides an extra saloon on the upper
deck.
The flybridge version features a variety of open and hardtop covered leisure
spaces providing both shaded and uncovered seating and sunbathing
areas. Your comfort is fully catered for with a large dining area, a wet bar
with refrigerator and ice maker, a barbecue and a Jacuzzi.
The sky lounge version of the 105 has all the features of the flybridge
version but with a second enclosed lounge which in good weather opens
to the sunbathing area through large patio style doors.
Wherever in the world you cruise, the 105 has an upper deck configuration
to match your prevailing weather conditions and give you the ultimate in

Whether you are inside or out the Johnson 105 has all the
quality and comfort that you would expect in your own home!
The superyacht styling and wide beam of the yacht provides
exceptional interior space and owners can choose between a
main deck owners suite, or a lower deck suite, with the very

popular option of a ‘country kitchen’ in its place.
All the cabins and living areas on the 105 are very capacious, and
extremely well equipped. Air conditioning is fitted throughout,
and the main saloon, owners’ suite and guest cabins are all fitted
with a flat screen TV, radio and a DVD player. The crew are not
forgotten and their comfortable quarters has two twin cabins,
both of which are fitted with flat screen TVs.

The galley is definitely ‘home from home’! Among the fittings
to be found there are a family sized ‘side by side’ refrigerator,
dishwasher, trash compactor, full size combined microwave /
convection oven and electric cooker top.
