Who we serve:
One in four women experience pregnancy or infant loss.
The TEARS Foundation seeks to compassionately lift the
financial and emotional burden from newly bereaved
families.
Why is your sponsorship important:
The TEARS Foundation relies on generous donations to
offer its supportive programs. Partnering with The
TEARS Foundation helps communicate to the community
that pregnancy and infant loss is an important cause
affecting one in four women and together we can all take a
stand to help these families. Please see the inside of this
brochure for a list of sponsorship benefits.
The Cause
The TEARS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that compassionately assists newly bereaved families
in Puerto Rico with their baby’s funeral expenses and
with ongoing emotional support.
Inspire HOPE: Families who have lost a child are
invited to walk the first lap at the event allowing them to
honor their child. As the community joins, families are
reminded that while we walk together, we can find hope.
The Event
The TEARS Foundation is offering an exciting opportunity
for business leaders to become involved with a growing and
inspiring event. Attracting community members and businesses, the “Rock & Walk” is The TEARS Foundation’s
signature fundraising event.
MEDIA AND ADVERTISING:
Event posters and registration forms are displayed in
stores, coffee shops and venues. An advertisement is
placed in the local newspaper and radio advertisements
are promoted on a local radio station.
