Zuwai crabs (known as Snow crab
in the US) live within cold waters of
the Pacific and Atlantic. Out of all
the crabs in the sea, the Snow crab
is making a name for itself due to
the unique sweet taste. Crab claws
are usually included in the menus
of famous restaurants worldwide,
available either as a main dish or an accompanying treat. Great for

Enjoy the refreshing flavor and natural color of Japanese Shiso.
The Shiso’s leaves are both nutritious and refreshing - packing
a zesty flavor with a vibrant red hue to match. Koishiso’s
derives its name from the Japanese for longing (Koishii) and
Shiso. Blended perfectly with premium Japanese Shochu,
Koishiso’s delicately balanced taste will leave you longing for
another sip.

OZE NO YUKIDOKE IPA
Ryujin Brewery GUNMA PREFECTURE, JAPAN
This Japanese IPA (India Pale Ale) is truly unique. Firstly,
the Simcoe Hops are undeniably present. Causing an
oily viscous body with a dry bitter finish. Not so much
piney but a little citrus on the nose and palate. Along
with toasted grain and light caramel as well. We would
recommend Spring, Summer and Autumn dishes to pair.

TAMA NO MEGUMI
Ishikawa Brewery TOKYO, JAPAN
A Pale Ale, with a slight ting on the palate. Slightly
malty giving off hints of sweetness. An easy Pale Ale in
comparison to others. Serve cold and it will go well with
summer dishes.

SAKURA EMAKI
Sakura means “Cherry Blossom,” and Emaki is a
horizontal, illustrated narrative form created during
the 11th to 16th century Japan. The lovely purple/pink
color is imported by the rice used to produce this sake.
The “Black Purple Rice” color is natural, and this sake is
very popular with women. *Junmai sake based

NEW CROQUETTE
Korokke is the Japanese name for a deep fried dish originally related to a French dish, the
croquette. It was introduced in the early 1900s. Korokke is made by mixing cooked chopped
meat, seafood, or vegetables with mashed potato or white sauce, rolling it in wheat flour,
eggs, and breadcrumbs, then deep frying this until brown on the outside. Korokke are
usually shaped like a flat patty.

KINJIRUSHI WASABI SAUCE
This special Wasabi Sauce goes well with not only
Japanese cuisine but also in many other dishes,
such as Steak, BBQ and French fries. It is milder
than Wasabi Paste, but it still maintains the kick
of Wasabi Hotness/sharpness.

Japanese people enjoy curry
very much, and it’s natural
to form this tasty dish into
Korokke form. Curry powder
adds a great flavor to the potato filling, and this Korokke
can be eaten as is, without
any sauce.
Kabocha is the greenskinned Japanese squash.
Naturally sweet Kabocha
makes a delicious Korokke
filling and its orange color is
very appealing.

1. Cut into your ripe avocado with a sharp knife. Twist the two
halves and they should come apart easily. Slam the blade of your
knife into the pit so that it sticks in and then twist to remove it.
2. Slice the peeled avocado halves and on a pretty serving plate,
artfully arrange the Avocado slices and salmon slices alternating.
3. Mix lemon juice, mayonnaise and wasabi sauce together and
drizzle on top of avocado and salmon.
4. Dash just a little salt and pepper over the arrangement.
