Regulations:
At the time of the booking by phone, E-mail or fax, the guest confirms that he has read and
accepted the following regulations.
The reservation is to be considered as fix only at the arrival of an advance deposit, in the value
of 25% of the whole sum, and in any case not less than 200,00 € per room; the deposit can be
sent up to 7 days from the booking date, by postal order to our address, cash or by credit transfer
to our bank BCC S. Biagio del Veneto Orientale Agenzia di Portogruaro,

BIC ICRAITRRQT0 (zero, not O).
Check in and check out:
Arrivals may occur also during the week, after previous agreement with the reception.
The booked room is at your disposal from 15:00 on arrival day as mentioned in the reservation
sheet. Should you arrive after 19:00, you are invited to communicate it by phone.
The arrival is to take place by 24:00 of the scheduled day.
No specific rooms are assured, but only the typology.
On departure day you have to leave the room by 10:00. At the same time all the services offered
by the hotel, beach service, parking, byke rent and pool included are no more available.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 15 days before the arrival: 100% of the advance deposit.
From 30 up to 16 days before the arrival: the advance deposit is kept for any further stay.
In case of early departure or late arrival the guest will be charged with the price of the room only
for the lacking and left days.
Payment:
The hotel management is entitled to ask you for a deposit or the payment of the whole staying at
your arrival. You can pay cash, by credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, CartaSì,
Pagobancomat, Maestro and by cheque.
In case of a promotional price only cash payment will be accepted.
Board:
For bookings with halfboard, you can choose dinner or lunch for the whole staying. The lost meals
will not be paid back. Light All Inclusive is associated with fullboard only.
Early departure and no show:
Should the guest leave earlier , he'll be charged with the price of room only without board for the left days.
In case that the number of people is less than the booked one, the nights without meals of not showing
persons will be charged.
Children:
BABY MENU: Our little guests may order their meals from a special menu.
KIDDY CLUB: it is free and on the beach, near area Vivaldi C, for children of different age; opening and
calendar programme in charge of the management company “Bibione Spiaggia”.
PLAYGROUND: available at the hotel, and open all day long.
Pets:
Your little friends are welcome. If you like, they can have a basket and a drinking-bowl.They are not
allowed to stay at the swimming-pool and the restaurant.
If they are not bigger than 4 kilos, you'll be charged with €uro 25,00, from 5 kilos €uro 50,00 for the room
extra cleaning. In Bibione you'll also find Pluto's Beach, just reserved and equipped for dogs.
Curiosity:
Beach service is included in the price: one sunumbrella , one sunbed and one deckchair per room. One
beach hut is set at disposal of all the hotel guests.
The guests of Junior and Family Suites have got a reserved place in the 1 st line, those of Junior e Family
Rooms have got a place in the 2nd or 3rd line. The guests of all the other rooms will be assigned with a place
starting from the 4th line without any distinction. If you would like to have anyway a place reserved in the
front lines just request it at the booking and if avaliable you'll have it by paying a surcharge.
All our guests may enjoy 10% discount on the beauty farm treatments according to an agrreement with
Bibione Thermae Spa.
The pool for adults and children ( open from 15 th May to 15th September), private parking-place (subject to
availability) and bike- mountain bike rent, reading service are completely FREE.
Wifi service in the parterre is free.
We offer a special menu for people with food allergies.
