A prominent Association with over 66 years of “Dedication to Safe Efficient Fleets
Through Education and Support” is seeking enthusiastic people who are currently
involved with the management, supervision or maintenance of commercial fleets
(small or large).
QUALIFICATIONS: Persons who are directly involved with the
operation and/or maintenance of fleets. (Note: Persons who are
suppliers to the industry are encouraged to nominate their fleet
customers)
DUTIES: This 3 year term involves attendance at 1 Board Meeting per
month in the interest of your industry. Involvement on at least one
Committee is encouraged.
POSSIBILITY OF ADVANCEMENT: After joining the Board of
Directors, the opportunity to join the executive committee in a variety
of positions including Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President and
President.

hard at implementing an award they feel is important tool to acknowledge this
commitment.

Outstanding Member Award Criteria
Annually, CAFS Board of Directors will carefully choose an Outstanding Member who is
recognized as being in good standing and an involved member dedicated to the success of
our Association.
Criteria
The following criteria are considered for the Outstanding Member Award recipient:
Member’s commitment & involvement at events, attendance at meetings
Membership promptly paid in full
The recipient of this award displays outstanding behavior through some or all
of the following Contributions:
Have they served as a past board member or executive member
Do they bring guests to CAFS’s meetings
Do they assist at extra events
And lastly, the length of membership
The recipient of this annual award is recognized at a general meeting event with an
embroidered jacket and commemorative plaque.
Award Presentation
The awards are presented annually at CAFS’s Coquitlam General Meeting.
The next award presentations will be June 2016.
