• Our only requirements are Perfect Internet Connection and Clear
Background.
Your Payment
• RMB 100-120 per hour
• Paid by actual teaching hours of each month
• You'll get a confirmation e-mail at the beginning of each month
which includes a summary of teaching hours and total teaching
fees of last month.
• After we got your confirmation, we'll pay teaching fees to your
account in 10 working days.
• You can get EXTRA BONUS if you get higher eveluation scores
from students in your class.
• You can also get COMMISSIONS if your trial session students
paid for regular class.

Interview Process
There are altogether three rounds job interview:
Round 1: 20-30mins skype call with video to discuss about your
experience and skill
Round 2: 30mins trial class to a group of 3 interviewers from HAOWJ
Round 3: 30mins trial class to 1 student from HAOWJ
