Clarín is the largest newspaper in Argentina, published by the Grupo Clarín media group.
The electronic version of the paper is one of the most visited spanish language newspaper
on the Internet.

"Clarin Social" allows to retweet or share on Facebook a printed article in just two steps.
Take a picture of the page of your interest from an issue of your choice and the app will
allow show related digital content to you, which can be read, archived and shared.
Backend
The app uses image recognition technology integrated with a backend system which
processes every day’s issue in order to upload the images of each page of the newspaper,
along with each article, related content and metadata, to Kooaba´s Cloud. By doing so, the
information is available for its later use by Clarin Social´s mobile app.
Mobile App
The user takes a photo of any page from the newspaper and the app retrieves the links
and metadata from the chosen page by looking them up on the Cloud. In doing so, the
user can read, archive or share the info with the social network of their preference like
Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google Plus, eMail,etc.
