It was in 1789 that the Marquis de Lessert, a man of science, discovered the benefits of
evian mineral water. Its story begins here during the Belle Epoque when the first thermal
spa opened and where European tourists came to “take the waters”.
Ever since, the Thermes d’evian has constantly perfected its thermal “cure” and thermal
spa treatment protocols to enable all those who wish to preserve their health in a natural,

How do you earn points?
- You earn points whenever you make a purchase: Spend 10 € and receive 1 point.
- You recommend a friend who comes to the spa for the first time through your
recommendation: you earn 100 points (your friend must mention it on their first
appointment).
- For your birthday (if we know the date), you receive 50 complimentary points!

Duration of treatments
Indicated treatment duration times may vary slightly.
We recommend that you arrive ten minutes prior to your treatment and allow ten minutes
afterwards to make the most of the experience. To allow us to keep to schedule, in the
event of you being late, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
Cancellation policy
In order for us to provide the highest customer service, please inform us of changes or
cancellations 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Treatments cancelled after this time
will be charged for in full.
For your comfort
On your arrival, you will be provided with a robe, bath towel and slippers for your use.
Please inform us of any health problems at the time of booking to allow us to perform
suitable treatments and meet your expectations as fully as possible.
Les Thermes d’evian reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice. The price
valid at the time of booking is the price that will be charged.
