transferring your tickets

TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS
Step 1
Log into your Flash Seats account here:
https://ncaa.flashseats.com/Default.aspx?pid=25&ss=17&fss=848555283
An account has already been created for you.
*Please use the same email and password you
used during your Final Four application purchase.
Step 2
After logging in, click on the Tickets tab in
the blue tool bar.
Step 3
You will see a red “Transfer“ button at the end
of the event line (one for Semifinals and one
for Championship)
If you listed your tickets within the All-Sessions
event option, you will need to transfer seat
locations for both games (Semifinals and
Championship). Select the first “Transfer” button
at the end of the Semifinal game; on the next
page you will see a “Multi-Transfer” button
where you can transfer your seat locations for
both events in one step.
Step 4
Select the ticket locations you wish to transfer.
Step 5
Under the section:
“To whom do you want to transfer these tickets?”
Enter the following information!
• First Name: NCAA
• Last Name: Official Ticket Exchange
• Email: [email protected]
Step 6
Click the ”Preview Flash Transfer” button.
Step 7
Click the ”Confirm Transfer” button.
Step 8
You and the recipient will receive an email
confirmation of the transfer.
