Just recently we have obtained the Tupras
Vendor List registration number. Tupras
is the national Turkish oil
company with big on going
new project. This is an important confirmation of our commercial
strategy in the Oil & Gas sector.

The most important exhibition for power transmission sector, held every second year, is over. Cemp
balance is extremely positive. Among the news we
have introduced new IE2 motors and the new ABG
Motors production (Ex-e, Ex-nA and IP55 motors).
La più importante rassegna del settore della trasmissione di potenza, che si tiene ogni due anni ad
Hannover ha chiuso le porte con un bilancio, per
noi, certamente molto positivo. Tra l’altro, abbiamo presentato i nuovi motori IE2 e la nuova produzione di ABG Motors (motori Ex-e, Ex-nA, IP55).

Deliveries department Automation
After the Tech-Lab, the second Paint Shop and the
new Quality Control Office, the activity to make
our factory more modern and efficient continues.
Recently a new
line has been installed and activated in the Packing and Delivery
Department, allowing much
higher efficiency
in the final packaging of our products. Technological innovation, easy and lean
improvements are the key factors that helped to improve our
logistics.
The new plant, whose overall
length exceeds 20 meters, is
composed of a motorized steel
rolls belt, divided in three parts.
In the first part, the products
coming from the warehouse are
transported on pallets to a revolving and lifting
platform where these are packaged in conformity
to customers requirements.
The last part, also structured in the same way,
moves the products, now ready on pallets, from the
preparation platform to the delivery store or directly to the carrier. It’s a definite step towards a
greater effectiveness of our activities.

Automazione per il reparto spedizioni
Dopo la Sala prove, il secondo impianto di Verniciatura e il nuovo ufficio del Controllo Qualità,
continua l'attività per rendere il nostro impianto
produttivo più efficiente e moderno. Nel reparto Imballaggio e Spedizione abbiamo recentemente installato e attivato una nuova
linea che consente maggior efficienza nella
preparazione dei prodotti da spedire. Innovazione tecnologica, concretezza e semplicità
sono i fattori di questa soluzione che ci consentono il miglioramento della nostra logistica interna.
Il nuovo impianto,
complessivamente
lungo oltre 20 metri, è composto da
un nastro a rulli
d’acciaio motorizzati, suddiviso in
tre parti. La prima
parte, dal magazzino dei prodotti
finiti, trasporta i
pallet ad una piattaforma girevole e
sollevabile idraulicamente dove si confeziona il
pallet in conformità alle esigenze del cliente.
L’ultima parte, sempre a rulli motorizzati, trasporta i prodotti, ormai pronti su pallet, dalla
piattaforma di preparazione al magazzino spedizioni o direttamente al trasportatore. Un deciso
balzo in avanti verso una sempre maggior efficacia del nostro lavoro.

state convertite in un contributo economico devoluto alla ONLUS
Tenda Amatese, una
realtà attiva nel sociale e molto ben conosciuta sul territorio.
