My Citycell Zone
• My Citycell Zone is an Entertainment and Informative Web Portal.
• Zoom Ultra Customer can get connected to the internet using their Zoom
Ultra-modem and by visiting www.mycitycellzone.com
• Zoom Ultra Customer can register using their Zoom Ultra MDN to access the
contents.
• During their session in ‘My Citycell Zone’ subscriber will be able to browse
different contents (Bengali Audios, Videos and Dramas) through streaming
option.
• To access My Citycell Zone, customer must follow the below steps:
– Step 1: Before accessing My Citycell Zone, customer need to activate UP 9 plan
by typing UP 9 & send to 9666. Those who are already under UP 9 plan can avail
this service without sending SMS.
– Step 2: Customer must change the APN (Access Point Network). On the
settings/option in the Zoom Ultra portal, customer must change the
username/password from waps/waps to zoom/zoom. Then customer must
save/apply the setting and connect to stream My Citycell Zone contents. (Details
on pages 3 and 8)
