Welcome Message
KUDO Interim Chair
kudovoice.com
To my brothers and sisters of Kenyan
heritage living outside Kenya, We share
common heritage, issues, and challenges.
Among us, we have various lenses
through which we view our heritage
and ways to approach the issues and
challenges facing us. To synchronize our
approaches to our issues and challenges
into a prosperous opportunity, we must
form a Union of Purpose, under this
Union, our purpose must be to harness
Adoga Kiharangwa
the various talents endowed in us by our
creator to improve our lot and that of Kenya. It is necessary.
Political leaning aside, tribal association aside, we must unite as a
people with shared interests and aspirations. Kenya United Diaspora
Organization (KUDO)’s mission and aspirations make for a large
enough Tent for all individuals of Kenyan heritage to synchronize
our ideas to prosperous actions for ourselves and our motherland
(Kenya). If we replace our individual egos with the passion to create
wealth among us for us, our Unity of Purpose will bare fruits in
perpetuity.
Am I being too optimistic? Yes I am but, as much as I would like
to live on the moon, I am also aware of the distance between
the moon and the earth. Needless to say that I know how much
time, innovation, energy and passion it will take us to get there.
Our cause is noble, our commitment and stamina should match
that nobility. We should hold each other today and tomorrow
responsible of nothing short of inspired to unite and act accordingly.
Our structure as proposed is self-evident of the format and
conduct by which we shall achieve our aspirations.
I call upon all individuals of Kenyan heritage living outside Kenya to
join KUDO, no matter what other organizations you belong to and
invest your collective talents in a visionary future nurtured by us.
ONE DIASPORA ONE VOICE. Thank you and let’s move KUDO
Forward!

WHY JOIN KUDO?
Our Goals
kudovoice.com
As a Kenyan in the Diaspora, KUDO will provide
• To create and nurture a cohesive grassroots
me an opportunity to network with other fellow
organization of Kenyans in the diaspora that

a variety of issues. The expanded knowledge base
needs in perpetuity.
coupled with the fact that KUDO harnesses the
economy of scale gives me a direct opportunity
to positively influence the lives of people in Kenya. • To organize and unite kenyan in the diaspora
It is now going to be possible to quickly see the
as one voice when they advocate for Kenya’s
impact of my financial contributions however small

the amount may be because together as a group
we can leverage big corporations and government
or stand against the vices that would hinder

such progress.
As a Kenyan parent in the Diaspora, I constantly
seek for educational mentorship opportunities for
my children, a door that KUDO widely opens as
it would be possible now to facilitate Kenya youth
exchange programs that are educational in nature
as well as for opportunities to facilitate Kiswahili
and cultural classes. I like the idea of a Kenya
United Diaspora Organization, one voice, one
diaspora. Join me and let’s move KUDO forward
because Pamoja Twaweza!
• To maintain collaborative contact and
partnership with kenyanpolicy makers for
inclusion in planning and participation in
country’s national programs and to facilitate
KUDO in accomplishing its own socialeconomic goals and objectives.
