March 2: Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of
Greater Rochester, held its 17th annual telethon at
Eastview Mall. The event raised $236,564 to benefit
homeless animals and community programs at
Lollypop Farm.

Hickok Center for Brain Injury
March 10: Hickok Center for Brain Injury held its fourth annual Brain Waves benefit
at the Comedy Club. Mary Dombovy M.D. of Unity Health System was honored
with the Community Hero Award. There were 200 people in attendance, and more
than $5,000 was raised for community integration activities.
