Guarantee.
The Young Persons Guarantee is a Government initiative that
helps young people aged 18-24 return to work. The Young
Persons Guarantee guarantees a job, training or work based
activity for all 18-24 year olds claiming Job Search Assistance
for over 6 months.
The Young Persons Guarantee
has 4 strands:

Since 2003, we have helped more than 130,000 jobseekers find
lasting jobs.
Sarina Russo Apprenticeship Services
Supports over 54,000 apprentices and 38,000 employers across
600 training qualifications.
VOICE – Psychologists & Allied Professionals
Conducts initial clinical assessments to support disadvantaged
jobseekers to overcome their vocational and non-vocational return to
work barriers.
Disability Employment Network
and Vocational Rehabilitation Services
Sarina Russo Job Access has delivered targeted support for disabled
people and individuals with physical and mental health problems
helping 2,500 participants since 2006.
Self Employment
Since 2006, Sarina Russo Job Access has delivered accredited Self
Employment training to 1,500 participants, 75% of who went on to
successfully set up their own businesses.
Sarina Russo Schools
Educates 5,000 students from 40 countries each year via a range
of vocational education (Business, Hospitality and Tourism) and
English language courses.
James Cook University Brisbane
Over 4,000 students from
60 countries have undertaken foundation programs, undergraduate
and postgraduate degree courses since 2006.
