Design
At the heart of the Kimble Bridge Mixer is a specially-designed subframe, trunnion-mounted
pedestal and trailer combination that improves durability and service life over our competitor’s
models. An extra boxed-in axle on the trailer allows you to safely and legally carry a higher
payload for major projects. We believe in our bridge mixer’s efficiency and performance so
much that it is the basis for all of our other mixer designs.
Construction
• Durable mixer construction features AggreGator™ drum and Hard-wear™ parts and accessories.
• AggreGator™ Drum and Hard-wear™ parts are compatible with our standard and bridge mixers.
• High-quality Bonfiglioli transmission with floating front bearing and oil seals
• Best transmission warranty, with three years plus two-year pro-rated
• Greater durability with continuous weld on the drum shell, fins and all chutes
• Reduced weight with aluminum water tanks, fenders and fender brackets
• Reliable hydraulic cylinder safety mechanism for raising and lowering the trailer
• Anti-lock brakes optional
Efficient Operation
It doesn’t get more durable than the Kimble Bridge Mixer. Our unique design is based on a
subframe that relieves the stress put on the truck chassis. This eliminates the common problem,
and high replacement costs, caused by pedestals cracking and breaking. Our bridge mixer also
features a chute than can swing 180 degrees even when the bridge is up, which improves
efficiency on the job.
Wear Slower
Our superior-quality steel parts and continuous weld construction offer the best in toughness
and durability. Because our parts wear slower, you’ll spend less on replacement parts over the
life of the mixer. We’ve also taken great care to make routine maintenance easier, designing our
mixers with feet-on-the-ground access points. The easier the maintenance, the more often it
will be performed – leading to slower wear and longer service life.
Last Longer
In addition to quality materials and durable construction, our mixers are highly engineered for
value and performance. For example, our Kimble AggreGator™ drums are proven to last 25
to 35% longer than our competitors’ drums. That adds up to significant savings, especially when
you consider that drum replacement is the most expensive part of reconditioning your mixer.
Operate More Efficiently
Some operators run their mixers until they’re worn out, then sell them. Others may perform one
or two overhauls before selling and buying new. Regardless of your business model, Kimble will
save you money over the life of your mixer through lower maintenance and replacement costs,
faster cycle times and greater productivity. That’s because we’ve designed every mixer part and
subsystem to deliver efficient and reliable performance. When you put everything together, the
results equal a smoother mix, a faster pour, and a day’s job well done. Most importantly, Kimble
mixers simply hold their value longer. Whether you keep your mixer for a three-year or 15-year
cycle, it will sell like a much newer model – if and when you’re ready to part with it.

Kimble AggreGator™ Drum
The Kimble® AggreGator™ drum lasts longer and is proven
to haul more concrete over its lifecycle than competing brands.
How’s that possible? Because we’ve thought of everything –
inside and out. Our drums may look longer on the outside, but
it’s our unique geometry and what’s on the inside that makes
us better. We also don’t cut any corners – using quality
construction and Kimble Hard-wear™ parts so you get the
most out of your mixer.
Design & Construction Features Include
The AggreGator™ drum features a unique geometry that
allows for a lower center of gravity during transport and
mixing. Its higher discharge point and three section design
contribute to more consistent and higher-quality pours, while
our exclusive use of premium ball busters and re-bar
reinforced flight edges contribute to a smoother mix.
We use continuous welds optimize drum strength, and joggle
joints that keep seam wear to a minimum. Premium KimSpec
AR200 steel resists abrasion, and while most drums are made
using this grade of as-rolled steel plate, we specify tighter tolerances and chemical compositions – using a narrower group of
steel that maximizes hardness and wear resistance.
Need A Replacement Drum?
All mixers are not created equal. Same can be said for
replacement drums. Just like our original equipment drums,
Kimble AggreGator™ replacement drums last longer and
are proven to haul more concrete over their lifecycle than
competing brands. Kimble replacement drums are expertly
retrofitted to enhance the value of any manufacturer’s mixer –
front or rear discharge. Often, a mixer equipped with a Kimble
replacement drum is better engineered than the original.

Durable OEM & Replacement Parts
We have a reputation to uphold, so it’s no wonder we only use
the highest quality components on our Kimble mixers. We also
believe that to keep equipment running at peak performance,
replacement parts should meet the same specifications as the
originals.
Kimble® Hard-wear™ replacement parts are built to stand the
test of time, even under tough concrete mixing conditions. We
offer a full line of replacement parts for your mixer’s structural,
electrical and hydraulic systems. Hard-wear components
also are available for driver interface mechanisms located
throughout the mixer. And our fit and finish Hard-wear products
keep your mixer looking great.
We’ve designed each mixer for the special job they’re meant
to do. For example, our four-yard mixer is compact to simplify
working on smaller job sites. And our remote control mixer
reduces the amount of crewmen needed for a pour. No
matter which Kimble mixer you choose, you’ll experience
higher productivity and lower lifecycle costs.
Bridge Mixer
It doesn’t get more durable than the Kimble bridge mixer. Our
unique design is based on a subframe that relieves the stress
put on the truck chassis. This eliminates the common problem,
and high replacement costs, of pedestals cracking. Our bridge
mixer also features a chute than can swing 180 degrees even
when the bridge is up, which improves efficiency on the job.
Remote Control Mixer
This model allows drivers to become part of the contractor’s
crew by placing concrete exactly where it belongs. Efficient
placement of the concrete means less time on the work site –
and more time for more jobs. With the Kimble Remote Control
Truck, crews have the potential to haul one more load per
day. And, there’s no need for additional workers to operate
the chute during unloading, freeing up a crewman for greater
productivity.
Standard Mixer
Up for any challenge, Kimble’s standard mixer features a
proprietary drum design and high-quality steel that helps you
get 25–35 percent more life out of your drum. Premium parts
are expertly constructed from the finest materials, lasting longer
and requiring less maintenance. Maintenance is also easier,
and cheaper, thanks to easy-access lubrication points and an
easy-climb ladder/safety platform.
Four-Yard Mixer
Designed for working in smaller spaces, our four-yard mixer
has a lower purchase price than the standard model,
reducing your initial investment. The four-yard features the
same Kimble® Hard-wear™ parts found on our standard
mixers, reducing your inventory needs and eliminating any
additional maintenance training needed for working with
new parts.

Kimble Manufacturing Company
M A N U F A C T U R I N G
More than 50 years ago, Kimble’s founder started using his
own techniques to modify available equipment in the coal mining
industry for better and longer lasting performance. Today, as a
division of The Hines Corporation, Kimble Manufacturing Company
uses this same approach to create long-term success for readymix and custom chassis customers in the mining, energy and
utilities industries.
From our facility in New Philadelphia, Ohio, we produce the
best-built, best-backed concrete mixers and custom chassis on
the market today. Many of our employees have several decades of
experience in the markets we serve, and know exactly what it takes
to meet the needs of our customers and their unique application
challenges. Combined with our unique designs and quality
manufacturing processes, this experience is what helps our
customers trim time and money from their operations – resulting
in greater productivity and better business results.
Kimble Mixer Company
Our mixer division produces the best-built, best-backed concrete
mixers in the industry. Our unique mixer designs and quality manufacturing processes help customers trim time and money from their
operations. The result? Greater productivity and more money in
your pocket.
Kimble Chassis Company
Kimble Chassis works closely with customers to build large, custom
truck chassis that deliver and operate large equipment in the field.
Our chassis products are built to suit specific application demands,
enhance end user safety and efficiency, and preserve the proper
function of existing equipment.
Kimble Green Initiative
From our daily operations to the products we build,
Kimble incorporates environmentally-friendly concepts
into everything we do. At Kimble, we take a two-pronged
approach to being green. Not only do we incorporate
eco-friendly practices into our daily operations, but we
also strive to build mixers that have the least impact on
our environment as possible. Here’s a quick glance at
some of the things we’re doing right now to reduce,
reuse and recycle for a healthier, safer world.
Environmentally Responsible Operations
Reduce Our Energy Consumption
Special lighting in our factory reduces our consumption of
electricity. Concrete driveways and parking lots last longer
than asphalt and have a lower reflective heat.
The Kimble factory’s state-of-the-art air handling system
brushes “used” air clean and then recirculates the heated
air back into the shop. Our property features ponds that
help us manage our own stormwater while providing a
natural fish and wildlife habitat. Recycling bins throughout
our facility save paper, glass and plastic from the landfill.
Scrap steel and aluminum from our fabrication shop is
recycled for other uses.
