The DOC operates nearly 6 million square feet of
building space
• Many facilities are old (constructed in 1889, 1914)
• Buildings located on 11 sites throughout Minnesota
• Needs include
 Water/well system repairs
 Boiler repairs
 HVAC repairs
 Asbestos abatement
 Tuckpointing
 Roof repairs/replacement
 Door and window replacement
 Ductwork replacement
